The apartment was matching perfectly the description, was clean and cozy. Very close to the old town, less than 10 mins walk. Giovanni was super helpful, he recommended us lots of restaurants, beautiful beaches and activities. Very responsive and always available. Highly recommend!

Monica e Marco are very friendly and polite hosts. The appartment was clean and cozy, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished. The location itself its very quiet and peaceful. The pool is the icing on the cake. We had a very great stay at Limpidu.

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

We stayed here whilst on a short visit to Sardinia, the apartment is in a great location to get into the city centre and also the coastal areas. There is a local shop, and a bar & restaurant nearby which is handy. The apartment itself is modern and clean, the balcony is an added bonus, we used it most nights during our stay watching the sun set behind the mountains with a bottle of wine. We hired a car so the secure underground car parking space was an added bonus. The host Francesco messaged me on the day we arrived and sent me all of the information I needed to access the property and car park, I also asked him to recommend some beaches for us to visit which he was more than happy to do. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Olbia that is not too far away from the airport, city centre and the coast.

The accommodation is perfect as it is located in a quiet area and close to the beach and downtown. The village is beautiful and has many restaurants and bars. As for the place it has everything you need. The refrigerator is a little small and the sofa bed a little uncomfortable but in terms of cleanliness everything is great. The terrace is huge and there is a pool. There are linens and linens to spare for everyone. The bathroom is spacious with hairdryer. The hostess gives us food and drinks as soon as we arrive and she recommended many places to visit. She was very kind to us and very attentive. Thank you very much for everything

I stayed at Federica's place over the weekend. The place is very centrally located so it is easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants and cafées as well as railway station is within a walking distance. The apartment is peaceful and clean, the bathroom is delightfully designed and overall you can feel that the apartment is renovated with good quality. Despite the inner yard having a bit noisy ventilation pipes, I enjoyed to sit / have breakfast / sunbath at the private terrace. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. Finding a parking place in Italian cities I find often challenging, Olbia being not an exception ;) however it is possible and anyway, like said, the apartment is centrally located so you don't necessarily need a car. Federica was very helpful, friendly, clear and easy to communicate with. She also had the best "House book" - meaning instructions and local tips - that I've ever seen in Airbnb. If you look for an easy stay in Olbia - this is it!

Olbia is a very nice and quiet town, from which it is easy to reach attractions and entertainment offers are not lacking. The listing description is accurate, everything is very tidy and clean. Chrystelle is very kind, quick and proactive in resolving small initial problems. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit.
