I booked Jason's place unaware of a 24 hr notice (I must've overlooked it while booking) but Jason was very flexible, we came to town for some family affairs but our original plans had fallen through and we weren't sure where we were going to stay. Jason responded in a timely manner and had mentioned he would have liked a 24 hr notice usually but he would be happy to accommodate our family and asked how soon we needed it. I had given him a later time, being that it was such short notice. To my surprise, Jason had the place ready before hand. As mentioned in the reviews it is a little ways of a drive out of town but if you enjoy the peace & quiet, this place is for you. The unit was just like the pictures, very well maintained and clean. The board games & Foosball table were a plus for our daughter, she had fun playing with them all. The bed, as mentioned was AMAZING! The significant other and I haven't slept that good in a long time. Will definitely be staying again.

We did a girls trip Recipe Retreat and visited the Hot Springs. When we got there the place was clean, warm, smelled nice and a fire was going on the tv, making it very welcoming. One of the girls was making a loaf of bread and the host was kind enough to offer us a Dutch Oven to borrow and even remembered the parchment paper. It was so thoughtful!

Our family loved Top of the Town! The home was equipped with everything we needed-and then some! Plenty of beds, lots of parking, the kitchen had all we needed to make meals, and there were even a few toys for the little ones. Great place to stay.

Enjoyed staying in this place within walking distance to town attractions. Cozy home and friendly host.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Lava Hot Springs! The space was impeccably clean, making it feel so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unwind after enjoying the local attractions. The hosts were exceptional—so kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a great experience. Their warm hospitality truly made our visit memorable. Andrea & Victor’s place is great! This was our second time staying here in downtown Lava Hot Springs, and had a blast! They are great hosts who are responsive within 2 minutes. This house has everything you need for a small group or a family. A great sized living room, tvs, fast wifi, a good sized kitchen, and a lot of bed rooms. There is even an entire loft for kids, and a backyard patio. Also pet friendly! About a 5 minute walk, and a 1 minute drive to everything in Lava Hot Springs. We love staying here, and will book again next year hopefully! Thank you so much

The Longhorn was a great place to stay! So unique, cute, well decorated, cozy and had everything we could need. It was very clean, and owners were very responsive. We definitely plan to stay again. Even the husband commented on what a cool find it was, and he doesn't do that! :) I would 100% recommend!

Great house in a great location. It looked like a fairly new build and was very clean. The only drawback we found was that although it fit our bedroom and bathroom needs for our family it is two separate units. They are easily accessible through a breezeway. We just missed having a common kitchen/living area. Although at times it was nice when we had babies napping and we could keep the noise to the other unit. Highly recommend it if it fits your needs. It felt like two houses for the price of one :)

This was the perfect place for my family’s first visit to Idaho. The location is perfect, as it is close to the hot springs. The home is across from the local grocery store, which came in very handy. The host was very friendly with clear instructions.

Valeria’s place was perfect, it was close to town but out of the way. It was perfect for our large group to stay with the 4 king size beds. There was a ping pong table and games to keep us entertained and turkeys wondering the property sliding down the hills of snow.
