Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

It was very clean, very humble and very cozy. I was very relaxed when I was there and I had a very good time.

We needed a place to stay during a cross-country road trip, and so glad we found Elizabeth’s place! It was nice to be tucked away in a neighborhood where we didn’t feel like we had to take everything out of the car to keep it safe, and all the little extras (snacks, water, dog bowls, etc) Elizabeth provided made our stay even better.

Great place to stay when in town

The house was fabulous. It was very clean, fenced in back yard for children to play. Close to ball park, restaurants, and things for children to do. Would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for just a get away. Plan on booking any time I am in the vicinity. Dana House

Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

Sunshine Cottage was such a pleasure to stay at! It was very roomy, comfortable beds, beautiful sun room that overlooks the water, and the thoughtfulness of a goodie basket and toys to keep little kids entertained was just the icing on the cake!! I 100% recommend any of John and Alese’s places to stay at. We will continue to stay with Lakeside Lodging!

A very nice stay out in the rural area of Orange, Tx. We happened to arrive when temperature was uncharacteristically low. New heaters had just been installed in the airbnb and it was great foresight on the part of the owners and allowed us to have a warm comfortable stay.

Peaceful neighborhood. I’ll be staying again next time in town.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

There’s not much to this condo. It’s in a nice area. This isn’t a “tourist type” vacation spot but this didn’t distract from the condo. Traveled around Beaumont and this is the area I’d stay in again if we return. Close to stores but private feeling.
