Vacation rentals with lake access in Port Melbourne

Chris was very helpful and even offered to help out with transportation options ie gave our party his Ute to use for road trips as he felt sorry for us given the f1 was cancelled. The home was tidy and comfortable and is in an amazing spot for the F1. We hope to come back next year ! (COVID-19 free)

We had an amazing stay here for Good Things Festival, with a group of 10, it was perfect! The pool/spa was perfect on a nice warm day, the location was super convenient and close to Flemington, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, great table for the amount of people including a large kitchen and oven/cook top! Sheryl & Hany were super responsive for anything we needed especially when it come to heating the pool on a slightly cooler day and turning the jets on. Will definitely be booking this space again. Thanks so much again!

A delightful home, clean, tidy and well presented with nice little details such as welcome snacks and all the accessories you can think of. Lauren was easy to communicate with and helped return a couple of items to me that I accidentally left behind, for which I am very grateful! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Very, very nice apartment, especially for the price. Roomy and very nicely refurbished and decorated and with all modern appliances. Fantastic outdoor seating and a really nice long swimmable pool. Surroundings could have been better, lots of traffic and long walk to beach or sights, but close to tram line, and the apartment in itself really made it worth our stay. We were 4 adults and 3 small kids (1 infant) and fit well. I biked to work at Melbourne uni, good bike line on st Kilda road. Even though surrounds weren’t the cosiest, we Recommend the apartment, probably can’t find nicer at this price,

We found the whole experience of staying at Amy’s place really enjoyable. The place provided us with great opportunities- close to Smith st and train station Good food options nearby too

Our party of 8 stayed 2 nights in Marios & Maries place, but we wished we had the week there. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival with everything you could possibly need including fully stocked spice drawer! The beds were hotel quality and the multiple bathrooms were perfect for our group. The pool was the stand out feature for us, so refreshing! Marios and Marie were very responsive and made the extra effort to ensure we had the best stay. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent location - Beach, Albert Park & Tram right on your doorstep! Very cosy, quiet home in a lovely neighbourhood perfect for seeing Melbourne just close enough to the center without being in the city.

Sarah is a great host who is really friendly and really responsive to messages. All instructions about getting into the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was great, very clean and the view is unbelievable. The location of the apartment is great. Very close to Crown and multiple restaurants/bars on the bank of the Yarra. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in Melbourne!

Private, quick easy access to all forms of Public Transport. A lovely open planned space to enjoy a well deserved break. An amazing view of the city skyline, which you are able to view the Amazing New Year Eve’s Fireworks!

Our stay here was great! We were able to check in early which was amazing as our flight landed early in the morning. The apartment had everything we needed and the breakfast food which was left was very good! The apartment was in a perfect location to walk to lots of places in the city and there is a tram stop just across the road. It was very clean, would highly recommend this place!!

I had an amazing stay at Chris's Airbnb in Albert Park! The location was perfect close to the beach, cafes, and parks, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The property was immaculate, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was an exceptional host responsive, friendly, and very thoughtful. He provided great local tips and ensured everything was perfect during my visit. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Melbourne . Louise's place in St Kilda is a little hidden gem. Tram stops just up the road - great access to the city. St Kilda foreshore and shops are a very short and pleasant walk away. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around and a supermarket just down the road. Just a really excellent location. Furnishings are lovely - like a home away from home. Loved those swivel chairs and the very nice spot by the window for brekky and dinner. Serviced by stairs - just so you know. Car space is 50 or so metres down the road, but it honestly worked well. Space in front to drop bags and then go and park. Apartment can get warm - but there's air-conditioning. Can occasionally hear movement in apartment above, but that is apartment living when wooden floors are involved - but it really doesn't impact the quality of the stay. I will absolutely look to stay again! Louise was a great host - excellent communication and recommendations.

Fiona's apartment is in a great location just beside Albert Park. it is close to the tram network that can take you into the city in 20 minutes or to St. Kilda Beach in 10 minutes. it was very well equipped, spacious and has aircon. The apartment block (Monarc) is very well run. It is perfect for a short to medium stay ( we stayed 9 nights during the Australian Open and were very comfortable).
