The apartment is a real gem in the heart of Antibes. The parking card provided is an important plus, considering the difficulties to move around and park a car in Antibes' city center. The info provided by Emilie and Gaelle was very helpful and precise and allowed us to get the most out of the city. Strongly recommended!

We had a great Christmas stay in Antoine's apartment, in a typical Nice neighborhood. We were warmly welcomed by her mother Rita, at the end of the day, who was also present when we left early in the morning. The apartment has all the necessary equipment, and is impeccably clean. I can only recommend this place for 2 adults and two children.

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Located in Cape Antibes, it is the sea, living here is convenient whether it is a hike in Cape Antibes, go to the old Antibes market, or go to JLP sandy beach.The host was very friendly and provided incredibly detailed local tips, including restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and more.I would also choose to stay here if I come to Antibes for my next vacation.

Very good stay at Cindy's with 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Pablo Picasso beach with its parking (for a fee) is very good and easy to access. Quiet residence with super nice neighbors. Very welcoming house. The air conditioning in the room is very very pleasant, especially with the hot weather we had. The games for children as well as the tubular pool were a real plus too . Cindy was accommodating and attentive and always available. Super stay, really not disappointed.

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a small problem with the gate, and very accommodating when at our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very nice outside!

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

The accommodation was clean and the location was really nice ~! When I sent a message to the host, he replied right away, so I was able to quickly solve my questions! And it was so nice to be able to have a cup of tea on the terrace in the morning!

we have had a lot of experience and this is a real 5 star apartment and a real 5 star host. Michele, a charming lady, showed us around the very well equipped ,bright apartment and gave us some great information about the immediate and surrounding areas. She even drove us to the train station when we left. We felt very welcomed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Very nice apartment: clean, freshly decorated, very well equipped (including comfortable very large double bed), and most especially, with a magnificent view. As described in the details, you do need to be quite fit to stay here, but the reward is the view (and the proximity to the old town). It is also well located for public transport links.

The place was very convenient with its parking space and the Lidle supermarket just downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very well equipped: electric roller shutters, kitchen equipment including Airfryer, washing machine/dryer etc. Ideal for a family. The space is spacious and very clean. We were able to cook, do our laundry etc and the TV in the living room is large and there are the Netflix accounts already set up for guests in several languages. The decor is modern and the LED lights make the apartment even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back!

exceptional weekend in this spacious apartment for 2 people. very well located with views of the huge fantastic outdoor terrace. Changing from dawn to crespuscule and dark night. Place was as described. Very neat and tidy. Spacious with everything you could need. Stefania was a star. She immediately sorted out an issue and came out to discuss. She went above and beyond to assist. Only point to note is that the parking area is very tight and best for small compact vehicle. I would recommend the place and stay there again.
