Condo vacation rentals in Port Lympia

Apparently impeccable to feel right at home, we had a lovely weekend with sea views, Wendy was responsive with great communication.

Exemplary hosts, Many thanks to Flo and Estelle for the clear and precise instructions and their friendly welcome. The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Beautiful apartment in a very nice residence and opposite the beach, excellent, very quiet at this time.

Excellent stay - the location of the accommodation allows you to walk to the port, beach, restaurants. The presence of secure parking is very interesting and the pool is a plus.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

Nice view and location in a family friendly holiday compound.

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Nice apartment with ocean and other apartment views, nice, very comfortable. There were some soap and shampoo products, there were no towels but clean sheets were included. Le Golfe Bleu has direct access to a beach going down about 5 to 10 minutes, there is also a swimming pool, ping pong table. Very quiet at this time and few people. I would repeat. Very friendly host, with a flexible check-in, I appreciate it. There was also a crib and a baby chair.

We stayed for a week at Giulia's apartment and are very satisfied! The apartment was spotless, functional for a couple (not necessarily thought for a baby, but there is a bathtub!), the kitchen is very well equipped with a good choice of kitchen knives. The residence is quiet and pleasant with green spaces. Finally, on the location, we were looking for a compromise to easily access Antibes and Sophia Antipolis, and for that it was perfect, even if the neighborhood itself is quite noisy, lots of traffic. It is not felt at all from the apartment which is well preserved in the residence.

the studio corresponded exactly to the description & photos. claude/dominique were very nice, helpful and always available. the location is very good. you are at sentier littorlal in 5 minutes. will be happy to come back.👌🤗👍

Accommodation is as described, the most for parking. Accepts dogs, park within 5 min walk. Old town access and harbor on foot. Kim is a responsive and attentive host. We would recommend this listing.

We had a lovely stay at Sabine's who welcomed us to take possession of the apartment. The parking space is very useful and the tram stop is a 5'walk to get around the city.

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

We had a brilliant stay - very clean and comfortable. A great base to explore all along the Côte d’Azur. We really loved Antibes and there are lots of lovely local beaches. We took the A bus (for free!!) 15 mins to juan les pins and had a brilliant beach day. Ville Franche sur mer and Menton were also beautiful and easy to get to my train. We didn’t need a car at all as the bus stop is directly on the main road outside the complex and the train station is a 10-15 min walk. Would definitely recommend - a fantastic stay thanks so much

Paul was a very reactive host. Check-out was flexible and without having to follow all kinds of rules. Pleasant accommodation! Were also very happy with the covered parking that is included.

Eva was an outstanding host! Her welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and it was a pleasure to chat with her. ☺️ The accommodation met all our needs on all levels: good location in a quiet area, within walking distance of all the activities that interested us, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this listing remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

Great apartament, spotless clean, away from the noise of the old town; the only problem is that if you have issue with the back or climbing, and no car, it is difficult to do the road in and back cause of the road street inclination. There are buses to city center, about 4 stations that come every 5 min, once you descended the hill. Very close to the beach, maybe max 10 min walk when going and then when climbing the road if no car maybe 18 min-20min. Loved the tranquility, all the facilities; if next year I dedice to rent a car or drive my own, I would definitely book again Melanie s condo. Many thanks again.
