Peaceful cottage in beautiful rural location

KatherineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My children and I had a fabulous stay at Jane’s place. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and Jane had provided everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be staying again in the future as the cottage is a short walk away from family. Hopefully next time the weather will be better and we can make use of the amazing garden! Thank you, Jane!

Boutique Romantic Thatched Salt Path Cottage

JennyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely historic cottage in a beautiful village. The cottage is perfectly decorated. It’s small, however has everything you could need. Super comfy bed and lovely linens. Michelle is a great host too. Really lovely and always helpful. I stayed for nearly a month and it was perfect. The pub down the road is great too for food, friendly, and they have a fun pub quiz every month. You can walk to little coves from the cottage and also into St Agnes. Thanks Michelle for hosting me and for a great visit to Cornwall.

The property was a charming and cosy cottage with all of the necessary amenities available. It was spotlessly clean with lots of homely extras such as throws and wifi. The location was perfect, with easy access to numerous beaches and attractions. Communication with Paul, our host exceeded our expectations. We will definately recommend this property and indeed our host and will definately be looking to stay again.

Brambles Cottage, Lily Pond Cottages

IanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We booked this as a quick getaway with the family before our daughter started her A level exams, this was a great distraction for her, even though it was only for 3 nights. Sophie the host is very kind and easy going, We were met by her and on entering there was a lovely homemade cake on the table. This place is perfect for a family, couples as a getaway as it is very spacious and clean. Town with a supermarket is only a few miles away. Perfect for visiting North Devon coastline, Exmoor and Dartmoor. Great Location, very quiet and peaceful, Definitely look at booking this again. Thankyou Sophie, you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place.

Coastal Cottage retreat near Mawgan Porth

TinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A warm and welcoming home from home. The log burner kept the whole house cosy and the bed was very comfortable. I rarely sleep well but sea air and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep throughout our stay. Located near some of Cornwall's best beaches with the Falcon at St Mawgan a pub with great atmosphere, I do hope to return soon. Sarah was a great host and was so helpful, I can highly recommend a stay at the cottage.

Hazel Lodge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom

JAMESRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We were so lucky to find this at such short notice. Perfect location. (Turns out I came here 40 years ago with my parents). Very quiet and safe. Great for families and easy access to all the great beaches on the north coast. The lodge was virtually brand new and has everything you need for self catering. Everyone on the site was friendly. Nice play area and walks around the site especially with a toddler in tow. Highly recommend and we’ve already talked about coming back….. if they’ll have us. 😬

What can we say another wonderful stay and we will be back again this year! It’s home from home and so cosy and it’s just immaculate. So easy to get on the A30 and very central to get to places. It’s beautifully quiet and we just enjoy going back of an evening and being able to cook and relax in a cosy atmosphere. Do not hesitate to book it will be well worth it. Thank you again Christopher & Phillipa xx

Little Ashton is a SAFE accessible quiet bungalow

SarahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
If you are looking for a great place to stay Near Bude look no further . The accommodation itself is spotless with everything you could wish for. The host Robert is a lovely guy who cares about his guests . He provides a great welcome pack of milk and bread etc but on noticing the bread was not eaten went out of his way to ask if we preferred anything else. So we now have cereal . It's these little touches that have us booked for our 3rd week. 5 stars in every way.

The Surf Shack - Stylish & Cosy

AnnaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved staying at the Surf Shack for a long weekend in Cornwall. It was so quiet and peaceful, really close to fantastic beaches, but also very conveniently close to shops so we could run out for last minute essentials (ie. forgotten nappies!) It was really well set up for kids too, and our toddler loved the books and toys, and it was so useful having cups and bowls suitable for her already there. We all loved having an outdoor terrace, so even in March we were sitting eating breakfast outside in the sun! Lizzy and Scott were also amazing to communicate with, and they were extremely kind when we were in a tricky situation. We'll definitely be back again!
