1950's Romantic & Whimsical cottage on Gull River

My whimsical & quaint cottage is 5klm from town which hosts a Foodland, LCBO, Pub, ice cream window and Home Hardware. Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Indian Point Provincial Park are close as well. I love my cottage because of the gardens, the chandeliers, the purple doors and the glorious clean river! The cottage itself is 900sq.ft. of cuteness & the property is 100 x200sqft. Canoeing, kayaking, bbqing, swimming, snorkeling and river floating are daily activities.

The Fox Den is a peaceful year round escape for those looking to put their feet up and enjoy the serenity of cottage livin' with the comforts of a modern home. Riverfront Lodging No cleaning fee !

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, small towns, fishing, horseback riding and swimming . It is rural and quiet. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Bedroom 1: queen with a single on top. Bedroom 2: double with a single on top. Living-room has a sofa bed in the. *Please note our "NO PETS" policy. There are two cabins on the property.
