Cabin vacation rentals in Port Hope

My boyfriend and I had an incredible time at Eric’s cabin this winter. It is the perfect cozy getaway if you’re looking for a little peace and relaxation. The view of the river was probably one of my favourite things about staying there, it is a beautiful property! Eric was a great host, he popped in for a quick visit to let us know about the property and a bit of its history. The cabin had just about everything we could need, and he was also very responsive to texts if we did happen to need anything else. We are very much looking forward to booking again in the summer and getting to try out the kayaks/canoes.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The space was not only cozy and beautifully designed but also impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend this gem and can’t wait to return!

Great winter getaway. The cottage was cute, cozy and clean! The description of the cottage doesn’t do it justice as there are four nice bedrooms (the fourth one is just tough to see in the pictures) and although the water isn’t potable, there were jugs already there for us upon arrival. Only thing missing was a coffee maker, but otherwise wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here in the midst of an absolutely gorgeous fall weekend. We could not have gotten any luckier with the weather or the view of the forest, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Kristin, Chris and Charlie were welcoming and kept to themselves. They put out extra firewood in a wheelbarrow so it was easily accessible for us. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as the photos on the listing. The bed was so comfortable, both my husband and I had 2 great nights sleep and slept in. The hot tub was spacious and so enjoyable, I believe we were in and out at least 6 times. The instructions for the toilet and the rest of the cabin were easy to follow and we ran into 0 issues. We will certainly be back, if Kristin and Chris will have us 😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place was a perfect winter retreat. A super easy drive from the city. The cabin is situated on a very private lot but still within walking distance of a small town. The amenities were just as pictured. The sauna and hot tub were both beautiful and easy to use. The place was clean and tidy. Kate was very easy to reach and communicate with. She was also very proactive in answering all of our questions in the check in manuals so there was little need to contact her anyway. Would definitely book again.

We had a great stay in the Eh Frame. Everything you could ask for was provided, and the place was spotless. From the unique structure to the beautiful surroundings, you really couldn't ask for more. Add in the sauna, hot tub and plunge pool, you've got a resort-like getaway with the privacy of a cottage. Chris and Mariah were wonderful hosts - kind, responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Cristian’s this September (2 couples + 2 babies). We spent most of our time enjoying the ample seating on the deck and dock, but there was plenty to do indoors as well. Gorgeous and serene views of the river. We went for a pedal boat and kayak ride everyday. Everything at Cristian’s was exactly as pictured and him and Vera were super responsive to all our questions. Would happily stay here again!

Ashley, place was amazing place very beautiful outdoor scenery. We ran into quite a few issues with the space, with there not having to air conditioning working and walking into the place to find a few uncleaned items. Ashley was very understanding about these issue and did help fix them and made sure we were taken care on that account. Thankfully overall other than mishaps going on was a wonderful place just would recommend more for event space or for large get together.

This was such an incredible stay and I would highly recommend Raquel and Yvonne’s Cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing trip! The cabin is full of amazing amenities including a pool table, hot tub and popcorn machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook at home. Not to mention, the cabin itself is situated right on the water and it’s gorgeous to sit out and watch boats go by! Additionally, the town of Campbellford was cozy and quaint with many of the restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance from the cabin. It is evident that Raquel and Yvonne pride themselves on being superhosts and most certainly live up to that standard. The cabin was fully stocked and spotless! Thank you so much for the incredible stay, we hope to be back someday :)

We stayed at Roberts cabin for a weekend and loved it! Did not want to leave. There wasn't any wood left but he showed up within minutes to replace. The cabin was clean, cozy and very nice. It has everything you need. Beautiful surroundings. Will definitely visit again, thank you Robert!

The cottage stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our group enjoyed the isolation and serenity of the island. The cottage was cozy and it had everything we needed. Had some good bonfires in the evenings. Dan was helpful and responsive. We would stay at his cottage if the opportunity came up again.

Great place, me and my friends stayed for 3 nights and we should’ve booked a week. Everything was great, ice fishing was amazing. Highly recommend.

They are very cooperative except parking and garbage disposal issues. Place is very nice , renovated and clean, hence you can ignore 2 issues

Woodrush tiny cabin in Kirkfield surpassed our expectations. It was extremely clean, organized and had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. It was super adorable!!!! The site was perfectly situated in a private secluded area, with spectacular views from the tiny cabin. The quarry lake was refreshing and super clean! The co-host Emily was attentive and kind. The pictures and descriptions both on Airbnb and on the website were on-point! If you're looking for a private getaway, this is the place! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indy's place near Rice Lake, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to the lake, making it ideal for kayaking and enjoying the serene waters. The peaceful surroundings provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights of our stay was the bonfire. It added a cozy and relaxing vibe to our evenings, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The overall atmosphere of the place was just perfect for a tranquil getaway. Indy was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and a wonderful host

i have been here 2 years in a row and had a great experience every time. Absolutely wonderful from the inside to the outside. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view of the lake and a big yard with lots of privacy. Amenities are great and as described, the patio is very nice to lounge on and the fireplace is a nice touch for the evenings. The beds are super comfy, wifi is great, living room has a nice tv, bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and everything was super clean on our arrival. Most importantly, Shana was a terrific host, always quick to respond and answer any questions, and super accommodating with everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The place was more than what we had expected. Everyone in the community was nice and welcoming. The place had different types of activities so you are never bored. This is definetly a place my friends and I want to come to again in the future.
