Scott is a thoughtful and friendly host, and went over and above to ensure we had a comfortable, fun, and relaxing stay. Our room, private bathroom, and the communal kitchen were clean and well-equipped, and we enjoyed spending time in the courtyard/braai area. Great location - easy to find as you come into Bushmans, and only a few minutes walk to local shops, the beach/river, and community tennis courts. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again!

Great location, pet and kids friendly. Weather was not the best but we had a very nice relaxing time in the house. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking up a storm.

Angi’s home is exactly that: a home. It’s warm, inviting and very comfortable. It’s very close to everything and yet is a wonderful getaway spot. Angi is an absolutely amazing host. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Let's Go is a typical Eastern Cape Beach cottage in the MOST spectacular location - beautiful sunsets every night, an incredible beach just a short walk away - with many more close by. We absolutely loved sitting on the stoep (verandah) and enjoying the view and passersby. This is a super comfortable family home - much loved with many memories and many more to be made. We loved the relaxed and lived in feel (especially with a toddler!) - we felt completely at home and everything we needed was provided - even plastic glasses for beach sundowners :-) Highly recommended.

You will have a hard time finding a better deal than Alex's place, you will discover it to be true to the listing description. Everything you might need for a budget holiday is there and it's a perfect base to explore Cannon Rocks, Kenton and even Port Alfred. It is a short walk to the beach and there is a little childrens play area just down the road (on the way to the beach) which my two kids loved. The coastal beauty is amazing and at night it is very peaceful. Kevin, the caretaker, is friendly and non-obtrusive and is very knowledgeable about the area with helpful suggestions and directions. His dogs are also super friendly yet clearly knew their boundaries and were not bothersome at all.

Really is a kid's paradise. Our family had 5 boys and they had a blast, easy lagoon and beach access with kilometers of dunes to explore. Anet was friendly and always reachable and made us feel right at home. The house had all the basics that you need and the stoep was well used for braais. All in all we had a classic South African beach holiday, like you remember from your youth!

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed all the facilities that the house had to offer and the position of the house was great. We all felt at home in this house and were sad to leave. Thank you very much to Robyn for all the information and assistance.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This home has plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and well appointed, with everything one could need. It is within walking distance of the beach and there is a path directly down to the river. It has a stunning view of the river as well! What a spoil - we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and Marizka was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed a lovely family weekend. The house is really immaculate, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. 3 bathrooms with more than enough hot water for everyone. Well equipped kitchen. A huge back yard for kids to play in. Lovely views. Nice braai area too. Close to Kenton-on-Sea so we also explored there. Felt very safe there. Very peaceful. Can highly recommend it.

Beautiful house - better than the photos. Ample space for 3 families in good sized bedrooms. Loved the king size beds. VERY close to a blue flag beach - 1 minute and you are the beach. The hosts even left some snacks, teas and coffees for us. Highly recommend this spot in Port Alfred and would definitely return when passing through again.

Lovely, clean accommodation, exactly as described. Nice touches of welcome snacks, all amenities provided, safe parking, wood provided for the private braai area. A quiet and peaceful setting, exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Erik and Carlien (sp?) are excellent hosts who concerned themselves with the smallest detail to make sure that was a great one. The small touches, like the cookies and beverages really blew us away. The facilities and appliances are top class and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking. We certainly hope to be back

What a place for a safe and enjoyable family holiday. It really exceeded our expectations, especially the location and all the amenities. Thanks Liesl, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return one day again - but for a longer period.

Lovely place right on the beach in a quiet part of Port Alfred, but still not too far of a drive from amenities. Had a fantastic time and Cindy was always right on the other side of the phone if we needed any help.
