Super worth it for family and friends! Sir Aris was responsive to me as well. Place was clean when we arrived and the pictures that were uploaded in site actually matched the actual place. All I can say is this is the best airbnb that we had stayed. Hosts is very responsive. Kuya Steven (caretaker) is very kind and very attentive to us. The house is very big and all of us had a comfortable stay. Our dream cabin house comes to life! Place is near to clark, so many spots you can visit and food to eat! Maraming salamat po! There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!

Our go-to Private place for the Fam. It was always nice and peaceful. Their amenities also upgraded and well maintained, a testimony that they care for their visitors. Sir Wax and his team is always helpful. Would love to come over and over again. 🤍

The place was great. The place is very peaceful and the staffs are friendly and accommodating.

I love this place. It's exactly as described and shown in the photos. Super peaceful, great pool, directly river front, and the caretaker is great also. Yes, there are mosquitos, so bring repellant. Also, I'd worry about getting here after a big storm, as the dirt road leading in can get very wet and muddy. Still 5 stars and I'll stay here every time I come to Arayat.

We stayed here before Christmas. It was a brief-bitin stay. My family didn't know that I booked this place and they all liked the place and it's amenities. It was cozy and relaxing☺️There's a spot for everyone of all ages. We have 2 seniors and they really enjoyed the quiet location of the farm. Kids enjoyed the pool where water is refilled daily. The place was big enough to accommodate us 15pax. Ms. Lane was responsive and her staff were all nice and helpful. Hopefully we can go back and stay longer next time.

I read the other reviews so we came prepared with the issue on mosquitoes/ other insects so we didn't have any problems with it. It's a home away from home with a pool. Great experience for those who want to enjoy serene and quiet place with great nature views. Overall it's great value for money.
