Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. Zoran was really hospitable person. Me and my friends really enjoyed in his house. It was really clean and comfortable place. Lots of room and they are big rooms. If we come back Tetovo again, we are going to clearly stay in this house.

hello. Erion is a great host. the house has good heating. it has a garage which is an incredible help if you go by car. the apartment has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. The shower is a little uncomfortable.

Never met a host as nice as Vladi, he was super helpful and always reachable for questions. The house is amazingly comfortable and decorated extremely nice. It was very clean and perfect for a family or group vacation. We especially loved the balcony with a view on the mountains. Thank you for this great experience!
