Our extended family had a super time together at Richard's gorgeous house. It's a really characterful place and such a versatile space for a big group. Richard really has thought of everything; from the plentiful beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. A first class rental.

Lovely lodge . Massive balcony with sun-loungers and table and chairs. Sun on it most of day. Very clean . Lovel large sofa. Soft linen and towels provided. Just need your pool/beach towels. Don’t forget your hairdryer! Lots of cooking utensils just need to bring condiments / oil to cook with. Very close to facilities . Bar, restaurant, kids entertainment , pool table , under 4’s mini soft play, indoor pool which was aimed at kids you couldn’t swim in it , large outdoor pool with adults only hour 9-10am. Quite shallow so ok for swimming , great for kids. Loads of sun loungers and several cabanas to use. Gym, football court/basket ball court. Crazy golf all in one place. So amazing for families. Also just 10 mins walk to friars cliff carpark and Avon beach through back gate on site. We love getting the small ferry boat from Mudeford quay to Mudeford sands . Beach bar/pop up food places. Lovely long stretch of beach and calm sea . Can walk to headingsbury head if you feel up to it!!

We’d just finished a 2 night stay at this park and wanted to be extend it because our little boy was having such a great time. Jamie’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s in a nice and quiet area of the park with the decking area overlooking the woods which was lovely to wake up to. Our son loved watching the squirrels feeding off the peanuts he’d left out there for them. Jamie provides these for guests and it’s a really nice touch and a great way to keep youngsters entertained. The caravan is spotlessly clean, cosy, modern and comfortable and also very well equipped. This made our stay even more enjoyable and made life easier for 2 exhausted parents! The two nights before our booking were in a similar layout caravan elsewhere on the park however, the double bed was nowhere near as comfortable as what’s in this one. If you like a good nights sleep then you’ll certainly get that here! The main club house is only a short walk away from the van. 10/10 from us!

My friend and I took our sons for a two night stay at Hoburne Bashley. Having never been to the New Forest before we didn’t know what to expect, but this was a great location! Firstly, the holiday park has great amenities for our children’s ages (8 and 11). They do charge extras for most activities, but quite reasonable. Lots of restaurants nearby, beaches, Moors valley country park has loads for children, you can hire bikes in surrounding villages (Burley) or go on many walks. The caravan itself was spotless, very well equipped, enough space for the 4 of us and the hot tub is a really lovely addition. We would definitely return and this time stay a bit longer!

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

Really great caravan in a great location, Sandy Balls has loads to do and very close to some great trails in the new forrest. we had a great weekend away and had some lovely trail rides. The caravan is exactly what you want for a weekend off the grid, there is no cell signal or wifi in the caravan so expect a weekend with the kids off the screens, absolutely perfect.

Stayed at Helen's holiday home near the sea for a week - I could have stayed longer! Perfect location, both in terms of the New Forest (walkable distance to the beach/sea and not far from other local attractions) and location in the caravan park itself (two minutes one way is a good sized playground my five year old happily made lots of use of, two minutes the other way you are at reception, pool (again, used plenty), restaurant, etc). The home was plenty big enough for the three of us, its comfortable, has everything you might need (sharp knives in the kitchen - unheard of in a rental!) and a spacious deck out front (we didn't unfortunately make use of the deck as although sunny our stay was early in the season so quite windy). Helen was really helpful before our stay and was quick enough to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend Helen's home (and the site as a whole) and am hoping she will allow us to come stay again sometime.

Anne's lovely caravan provided an ideal base for our mini-break. Anne is very friendly and was helpful answering my questions beforehand and responding to a minor issue during our stay. The caravan was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The blue sky and sunshine in October was an added bonus!
