My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Perfectly located for days out at the quaint harbour towns of Mevagissey, Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown as well as having The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helligan close by. Our homely static caravan, comfortably sleeps 4, has a sofa bed for additional guests if required and is fully equipped with everything you could need. Park facilities are also available with our guest passes which include heated pool and tennis courts.

The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture. Guests will also have use of a local indoor pool and free evening entertainment at a local holiday park. There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.
