we loved staying here in the heart of condeza! when we had an issue, a maintenance person was sent within a few hours. this place is super pretty, and very photogenic. if you like something unusual and quirky in great location, stay here!

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

Be it from a long day of travel or the beautiful chaos of Coyoacan/CDMX, Graciela’s is an absolute oasis. It’s calm, it’s comfortable, it’s well equipped with all the things that make it easier to chill and spacious enough with indoor/outdoor space that everyone can find their own space. It’s very easy to find and incredibly accessible to exploring Coyoacan! It’s the kind of special place where you stay and say, “wow, I wish I owned this” but since that’s not possible, I’ll very happily stay here again and dream!

We stayed for two weeks and we enjoyed our time at the house. The place was clean and modern and the location was great with lots of things to do nearby. One thing is that the second floor had a sewage smell coming from the main bathroom from the time we arrived. Some days it was more mild than others. Also note that the house doesn't have heat and it can get cold at night in winter, so make sure to request heaters, which they do have and will provide upon request. Randy and his property manager were generally responsive and flexible with us and overall we felt the house was a good value and a good place to stay.

Luis’ place in Roma Norte was fantastic! The location is perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes and stores and across from a peaceful park. The apartment was clean, safe and easy to come & go. Looks exactly like the photos. Luis was also extremely responsive throughout our trip. Would highly recommend booking your stay in CDMX with Luis.

This was a great stay. Location had plenty of restaurants nearby, transportation is accessible and the check in was very easy. There was parking on the premises, the apartment was very clean as well. It is an eco-friendly building so the instructions forewarn the hot water available for short showers but it’s after the 6-8 minutes it’s bearable. Will recommend this Airbnb to others.

Alejandra is a wonderful host. She communicated ahead of time and provided recommendations of activities happening in the building and surrounding area. The apartment was also great - clean, cozy, and comfortable. We were there for a short weekend trip, and it was perfect!

Very conveniently located apartment, close to many shopping centers, restaurants, nightlife and cultural centers. The building has great amenities and it's a great place to come for business or spend a vacation. Raynard was an outstanding and attentive host.

Great apartment in great building in great neighbourhood! Quite unique to have floor to ceiling walls, yet feel total privacy (due to the trees). The fact that the building has a doorman 24-7 makes the coming and going very simple (and safe). Will be back next time we’re in CDMX!

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

Alec's place was terrific. We were within a 5- to 10-minute walk from so many places to eat. It was clean, and in a calm part of La Condesa. The only warning to be aware of is the noise from the road. (Plug-ins help to sleep.)

It is my third experience with you and every time I am surprised with news, I love your good taste in the decoration, your cleanliness, your attention, its excellent location and all the help you give us upon arrival and departure with our luggage. So definitely when I get back to CDMX I will stay with you and recommend you to my family and friends on your future trips

The apartment was great. Lots of space, like the pictures and super clean. It was a great location, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Had lots of plates, cups etc and also had washing tablets and plentiful toilet roll which was great. Felt safe staying here. Roof top pool and snack bar looked great although we didn’t use it. Would stay here again.
