He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

We spent a quiet week, overlooking flamboyant greenery, a pool big enough to cool off, ideal for a couple. Tastefully decorated accommodation, dream bedding, everything has been thought out for a perfect week. Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is beautiful, a haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in every detail: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), rooftop jacuzzi, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very thoughtful and always available. When we arrived, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa without a second thought!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great views, absolutely quiet and a very short drive into the city. You have to be handle your car, because the street can be quite steep at times, but it is 100% worth it. I appreciated in particular the chance to communicate in English, thank you for that as well. Would stay again!

Bright, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Well located in the center of Guadeloupe. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall within walking distance. We loved the beautiful large terrace! We would highly recommend it!

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence for visiting Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we suffered several consecutive days of total water outage (recurring a priori in Saint Francis especially during heavy rains) the accommodation had non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets so it was necessary to supply drinking water but the owner was willing to take care of it, this situation tarnished the stay but not of course because of the owner but because of the structure of management of the local water distribution. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

Perfect accommodation for 2 people. Very clean and beautiful decor. I would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and well located for visiting the island (with a car of course). Everything is very well organized for a hassle-free stay! We will definitely come back 🌴☀️

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for someone like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, as described, very good. Equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything for a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is well located (central to visit Guadeloupe, Marina...), peaceful and very pleasant. Celine is very responsive and accommodating, it's very appreciated. You can watch hummingbirds, crabs, iguanas from the balcony... I recommend and will return with pleasure.
