The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect, with all the best spots just a short distance away. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The listing itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Vidal was also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego!

We enjoyed the space. Brandon has done a great job with his updates. One of my favorite things was morning coffee on the deck looking at the park and bay. Great location for walking or driving.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this charming cottage. The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. They even had board games for our kids and some wine and beer for us. Megan was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this home 10/10.

This place is wonderful! I stayed for two weeks while I was apartment hunting and felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space, huge TV for watching or games, and a nice kitchen where I was able to cook my own meals. Efrain was always responsive if I had any questions about the unit and left a welcome packet with all kinds of local information. Highly recommend!

Loved the place. It’s peaceful and quiet.

The house is close to the freeway, has good restaurants around, kept clean, has reserved and street parking, nice front yard, good kitchen, free snacks for guests arriving at odd hours like we did at 1am. The host is super responsive and addressed all the concerns we raised. I would recommend this place to everyone. The floors are a bit creaky and there are cracks in some places. We used space heaters and that tripped the electric system. April sent an electrician immediately. We were out of hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, and again she sent cleaners immediately to refill them. Some parts of the home are a bit flaky (e.g., master bathroom closet door and it's knob, toilet paper holder in the bathroom).

Very nice home nestled around local shopping and a nice park with trails.

Ashley’s condo is spectacular, with high ceilings and enormous windows. We walked less than a mile to Balboa Park, and a few nearby restaurants. The hills are steep going to Little Italy - less than a mile - so we walked down but took Uber back. The beds are low to the floor but worked for us. The plane noise was noticeable on our first night, but we quickly acclimated and did not notice it often after that. Kitchen is very well set up for cooking and serving. Ashley quickly responded to questions.

I had a great stay! Everything was clean and everything I needed for my stay was provided. It was a little difficult to find the alley since we got there when it was dark but other than that once we found it everything was explained throughly. There was plenty to do in the area. Walking distance to restaurants, market/liquor stores, a Starbucks around the corner and the beach about a minute walk. Everywhere we drove to was about 15-20 min drive. Great area!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Steffanie's place was exactly what we needed. Easy parking, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, beach towels; there's even a couple of box fans to drown out the noise of the neighborhood when it's time to go to sleep. Great location in the OB, we walked everywhere to get groceries, coffee and food.

The view and location are unmatched! We have two toddlers so being able to sit and enjoy the ocean view after they went to bed was amazing! So easy to walk to the beach and food. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys were a nice touch. The locks on all the sliding doors to the balcony (both main doors and screen doors) were broken which stressed us out with toddlers, but we let the host know and they said they would look into it. If you have little kids, maybe just a good thing to double check with the host before you stay. Overall, you can’t beat the location and view!

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

This place was amazing! It was right on the water and had a lot of great local places to eat and shops! The place was beautiful and spotless. She was always quick to respond and always very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

I believe this is our 3rd stay at this amazing condo! Absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. Super clean and has everything, shampoo, soap and well stocked kitchen. Everything is as described and the view is worth it! See you next time
