This place is truly amazing and beautiful. 15 minutes from everything, very close to many restaurants in North Park and Normal Heights as well as Hillcrest. The parking spot was very helpful if you have a car. The listing is accurate when it says brand new, everything was modern and new including appliances and even lighting. Lynn was great, very responsive and helpful although we did not need much because everything was set up so nicely! My sister does real estate in San Diego so she has seen many condos and homes, and she was absolutely impressed by this place. I take various long trips from 2 to 4 weeks at a time and this is probably the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in with a very reasonable price point for what you get!

The place was very clean and right in the middle of Pacific Beach, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars.

We had such a great stay at Vidal’s place! The apartment is very spacious and super clean, I could say this place was the most cleanest Airbnb that I have ever been to. I loved the interior. It is a clean, large apartment that you could feel like being at a proper house, with all the kitchen gadgets and washer/dryer. Comfortable large bed. The living room sofa was not very comfortable, but that was not a big deal. The two main cons from here were parking lot and soundproof issue. The instruction regarding fob key that is used for entering parking garage was not clear enough for me, and the garage was pretty small to drive my car inside. Outside parking area was personally better. The apartment wall seems very thin, and I could hear all the noise from neighbors, their talking, music playing, and etc. Other than those two, I had a wonderful time staying in here! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

Great place to stay. I was looking for a place with a nice kitchen where I could cook Thanksgiving dinner while we were there visiting my son who is stationed at the Navy Base. The kitchen was great and well stocked. It was a convenient location close to beaches, and the Navy Base.

This was great spot with amazing views! The sunsets are some of the best I've seen! Parking was a challenge with only one spot available. However we were able to get a street spot easily the whole stay. Getting the luggage up the stairs was a chore, other than that the unit is amazing and had everything we needed. Thank you Crystal for answering all our questions!

We had to evacuate due to the fires. Travis accommodated my need and allowed us to check in early and was very response.

This Air BnB is great. The space was well maintained and beautiful, you can walk out the door to the beach. The area was safe with plenty of places to go eat and drink. The rooms were very spacious and the place was generously stocked from blankets and towels to cooking pots/pans and utensils. It was great having a full size washer and dryer as well. Spacious and private garage, which is a rarity in this part of the neighborhood!

We had an incredible stay at Meghan’s and definitely want to come back! She had everything we needed for our little one - pack n play, baby bathtub, toys, etc. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed several sunsets and close to several restaurants and markets/stores. Highly highly recommend this Airbnb for a trip to La Jolla!

This was a nice stay. The bedrooms, amenities, décor - very nice! I would definitely stay again because there was enough space to accommodate my family. My daughter always likes to have her own room, and she loved hers in this home because of the walk-in closet and privacy!

Mel was wonderful! She was very responsive even at night when we had issues with the Internet. She was very kind and helpful in all aspects. Her home was beautiful and I will book her again if her home is free the next time I'm there.

A nice small house, every room is clean. The kitchen has all the utensils that you can use. The neighborhood is quiet and a short driving distance to the major grocery store. The location is convenient for getting to all the attractions in San Diego. April was easy to reach. We had a good time here.

Rent this place! It has a beautiful open concept when you enter and all bedrooms are spaced in corners for privacy. Super gorgeous backyard and home. Also, the host is very responsive and kind and you can tell she truly cares.

This was a wonderful home away from home, with everything just as described in the listing. Communication was excellent. Jen provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions, with photos, on how to find the unit and parking. She also checked in the day after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed in the unit (we did!). Even though we were there over the Christmas holiday, Jen was available and responsive. We stayed just under a week, cooked almost every day, & found the kitchen well-equipped. The beds—even the little pullout bed—were all very comfortable. The laundry room was nearby and easy to use. It was great to have access to bus lines & be close to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ralph’s. We would definitely come back to this lovely Airbnb.

We had an incredible time in Mission Beach, San Diego and Carlos's place was the ideal place. It is steps from the beach with plenty of shops to go to. The place had everything we need and was very nice, comfortable and clean. Carlos was very accommodating and quick to respond to all messages. I'll spare the details, but we had a stressful time navigating airbnb prior to arriving here, but he was able to quickly get his place ready and provide us with a safe and beautiful home. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and will definitely consider booking again ourselves when visiting SD.

We had a great stay at Steffanie’s place. It looked just like the pictures and was just steps to the beach. The area is very vibrant and you see people from all walks of life but we felt safe and walked to dinner most nights. I would note that the stairs are a little steep but we didn’t have any problems navigating them. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, better than the pictures, host is responsive and helpful. Loved the view of the sunset from every spot of the apartment. Will come back again.

Glenna was such a pleasure to work with and the house was amazing. Had a girls weekend with my daughter who is in college in SD and my mom. We all didn’t want to leave. Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.
