Condo vacation rentals in Point Loma, San Diego

We absolutely loved Ashley's apartment. It was light, bright and airy. We also found it to be an incredibly convenient location, very close to Balboa Park, getting on and off the freeway heading in any direction and very close to Little Italy and the city (both walking distance if you feel like it). But the streets are still quiet and easy for a tourist to drive and feel comfortable. Our toddler particularly liked being able to watch the planes flying past so close, and learnt all the airlines that were unfamiliar to him. The living area was warm and bright, even on cold winter mornings. The kitchen was also well equiped, and both beds were comfortable. The blinds aren't block out, so it is quite bright in the morning, so if you prefer it being dark to sleep, bring a sleeping mask. A fantastic property, one we would definitely return to!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Cassandra’s condo! The space was clean, spacious, and an easy short walk to the beach, grocery store, and coffee shop. Cassandra was great with communication and kindly accommodated a last minute request for early check-in. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the La Jolla area and would certainly book again!

Ashwini’s place was clean and comfortable. She was quick to communicate and very helpful. There are many great places to eat nearby and the beach is less than a block out the door.

We had such a wonderful stay! We loved the people who work here. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were all kind and helpful. We felt welcome and cared for. We also really appreciated the amenities provided. The kitchenette had great appliances and supplies for preparing and cooking meals. We also enjoyed the free beach toy, boogie board, beach chair and beach wagon rentals. It made our stay extra special and fun. Highly recommend a stay here.

My family of 4 loved our stay here! It is so close to the beach that it was no problem to lug everything back and forth- it was great to have extra towels, beach toys and chairs! The space was clean and well set up for kids, with games and stuffed animals. The only draw back was that it being a 1st floor apartment next to a busy road there was sometimes loud noises from upstairs (just people walking around) and outside but they provided a noise machine and Mission Blvd quiets down at night. Lastly the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Overall we had a great stay.

Wow! The view here was spectacular… just like the pictures and more. Wonderful stay. Place was spotless and beautiful. This is a premium location directly across from a prized surf break. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this Airbnb!! We took our dog and it was a dream. La Jolla Rentals was amazing to work with and the spot was perfect. Overlooking the ocean from the balcony was by far the best feature!

Our stay in Mission/Pacific Beach was perfect. My wife and family have made several trips to the SD area over the years and find the Mission beach area offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, activities for everyone. The purpose of this trip was to visit our kiddo at college and the centralized location made it easy to shuttle between campus and visit the highlights of the greater San Diego area. Carl’s place offers a relaxed southwestern decor, comfortable sofa and a living space that opens to a large wood deck through a bifold glass slider - a perfect feature allowing the ocean air flow throughout the unit. The kitchen is super functional, plenty of accoutrements to help make your favorite meal. Comfy bed, bathroom and shower is a creative design and again super functional. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, sand toys, etc to enjoy as well. Only 50 steps from the strand makes for an easy stroll to the beach. We will definitely be back to stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the space is very central and walkable. You can hear the ocean from the balcony and couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

In town for a conference and booked this place for the location. Ryan was a very responsive host, who made sure we had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, definitely better than a hotel for a longer stay. Great open kitchen and living room space. The location was great – just a short walk from the event venue and a ton of bars and restaurants. It was a little on the louder side in the evening, but didn't have trouble going to sleep. Overall, would recommend this place for folks who want to stay in this area.

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was very well equipped, and in a perfect location. The communication was seamless, and I will definitely stay here again. The proximity to the airport and the planes landing was actually a really cool feature. It did not bother me in the least, and I enjoyed watching the planes land. Five stars across the board!

We stayed at property for over 2 weeks and loved location!!! Had minor issue with getting TV to work but host sent someone very quickly to resolve. They were polite and very respectful while there! Only “complaint”, if can even call it, was kitchen table was a super cool wine barrel with high chairs. This is as advertised in photos so it wasn’t a surprise! Just we didn’t really think about it when we booked. Would have preferred table to work at but we made it work. There was a table/desk in bedroom but it only had stool that didn’t really work with height of table. Again our mistake not the hosts. Photos are very accurate!!Other than that we loved unit and the area!

A great location in Mission Beach making it a quick drive to many attractions. Good size single-car garage is a plus since parking in the area is at a premium. The unit was perfect in size, as advertised and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Well located Airbnb matching the description. Easy checkin and clean apartment. In middle of little Italy with many restaurants and bars close by. A good deal for business travel, short distance to convention center (15-20 min with car/Uber/public transport)

A great vacation has some important qualities. For us, safety and feeling secure is number one. A comfortable bed and a great shower come next. Throw in a modern, clean kitchen and you are all set. The parking garage is a real convenience as parking can be tight. Air conditioning puts this apartment above the rest. The building laundry rooms are close and reasonably priced. We have always loved San Diego. It’s a great walking city with every kind of restaurant and cuisine. The scenery is beautiful. Be sure to walk the Embarcadero, hit the beaches, and Balboa Park is a real treasure. They are all free to visit.

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Thomas was a good host. Although it took us a while to connect, once we connected, he was very responsive. Overall good experience, though the watered down soap was a bit weird. Parking was expensive but that’s the area. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaslamp.

We had a great time at Denise's place! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and a lot we forgot to bring. Very clean and exactly as described. Walking distance to a great park with pickleball and tennis courts, an off leash dog park and multiple soccer fields. Short walk to a quiet beach. Great views...the best location in the development with both bay and ocean views.!

We were very pleased with the clean accommodations, easy accessibility to highways, grocery store and gas station. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend Vivian's great condo! The place is located super close to grocery stores ans other necessary stores. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it is very easy to get around to other places in La Jolla. The condo has everything you need, and we especially enjoyed the kitchen that was perfectly equipped and we didn't miss a thing! Vivian is an amazing host: response fast, super helpful and heart warm. We will definitely pick Vivian's again :-) Thank you for everything!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!
