Vacation rentals with beach access in Podgorica

Cosy but spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Easy to walk everywhere we needed and also opposite a taxi rank the airport. 15 min walk to the train station. The flat was spotless and had towels and toiletries which was very helpful. Central but also peaceful with a great sunset view from the balcony. We would stay again.

Beach was near, appartment has big terrace, coffee machine. Also they check-in us pretty early.

The place was just as listed. Very spacious and cozy! There's private parking and even if it's on the lively coast, it's very quiet. It's right next to the promenade, where all the restaurants are, so the location is super convenient. Our host was great, she helped us out with restaurant reservations and she was very friendly and proactive. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfy. It was a good experience.

Vladimir let us book in early, and answered our questions by phone while we were there. An excellent stay and well book again for next year!

I stayedfor a month in this house and everything was good. It's near to the Petrovac center city, beach and supermarket. The bus station is near and, if you aren't with a car, you can easily go to Budva by bus with €3,50. The response are always quickly and she was always asking if we were needing something. I recommend and thank you so much!

Absolutely perfect! We had a 10 day stay in this beautiful apartment and it felt like home. The apartment was spotless clean, very comfortable, equipped with all we needed and more. WiFi connection was really fast and very stable. The location is just right, close to everything, yet quiet and secluded. The hosts were welcoming, very professional, taking care of everything you may need during your stay. We will certainly come back.

The house is located in the old town, very quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. A few minutes to the river Moraca, where you can swim on a hot day. Communication with the owner was excellent.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

We loved staying here! What an amazing location with so much to see just from the balcony. We especially loved going out on Igor’s blue canoe and watching all of the incredible birds from the lake. Great hosts and very responsive!

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

The room is very clean and comfortable and the short walk down to the beach through the olive grove is very pretty. The swimming in the bay is excellent. We loved sitting on the terrace and strolling down into the village in the evening. George very kindly met us at the bus stop when we arrived in the dark and gave us a welcome Rakija (very strong and restoring) along with many local tips. He even offered us free use of their bikes, washing machine and snooker table.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

Ivana was very responsive to my questions, she went to the trouble of getting an electric kettle for me to use to make my tea. Quite old and a little run down on the outside of the building but so beautifully planned and decorated on the inside. Ivana has great taste and an eye for detail. I loved it so much I would have stayed 2 more nights but the place was reserved. Book this place quick, excellent value for money, on the doorstep of the most staggeringly beautiful scenery, Pavlova Strana viewpoint within walking distance, kayak on the river infron of the apartment, 3 restarants to choose from. Heaven!

Very satisfied with our stay with a big plus for the pool in these hot weather and overcrowded beaches. A very professional and responsive welcome. We recommend it.

We had a quiet and peaceful stay. The house has more than anything a home should have. We didn't feel the lack of anything. There was even more. No, it's been a lot to say is there now? It's absolutely great to have something you might need right on hand. We didn't have any parking issues for our vehicle. The sea view on the balcony is a separate beauty with mountain and olive trees on the other balcony. 10 minutes walk to the center. There are very nice places for walking. It's also a good idea to mention that you need to go uphill a little bit on your return. Since it is the end of the season in the center, the number of open markets is small but sufficient ( 2 large markets are open ) There are a few restaurants open on the beach. Since it was close at the beginning of the year, she was preparing more places to open. It's the same distance from the bar and the bar. It takes 15-20 minutes with your car. We enjoyed it a lot.
