We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

We really enjoyed our stay at Miljenko's house. The location was great: 15 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the city center by walk. The house was located in a residential area so it was very quiet and peaceful, far from the parties held in the city or on the boats. As well the grocery store Ribola was just 3 mins away where you can buy all you need for cooking. The host was super friendly and helpful, brought us coffee

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Beautiful place & accommodation. Just returned from a week's break. Fantastic location, very close to restaurants & bars, but not close enough to be disturbed. Josipa was a lovely host, very accommodating & helpful. We'll definitely return.

The place was very clean and the view was beautiful. The host Nikša responded very quickly, helped us, sent beaches, supermarkets etc. nearby and was a great host ! We had a very pleasant time there.

The hosting was great as well as the communication with Ante. The house was spotless and everything you needed was there. We had a great time.

All I can say is WOW!!! Ivana’s place is amazing!! The location, the garden outside area, the inside…we didn’t want to leave! We felt like we had all the amenities of home! She didn’t leave anything out!! We’ve stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and this ranks at the very top. This home is a historical home that has been expertly renovated. You genuinely feel like you are at home!! The town is wonderful with restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Ivana is a lovely host and very responsive! You will not be disappointed…this home is awesome!!!

roko's place is a proper gem in split, hidden from view in a small backstreet alley, but for that reason peaceful and quiet, while at the same time only ten mins walk from, otherwise overcrowded and noisy old town of split. the space was spotlessly clean, the furniture is fully new, same as bathroom, kitchen and all the appliances - something one doesn't see very often in accommodation for renting. the bed is large and comfy, the shower works to perfection and the kitchen, albeit small, had everything i needed to cook a proper dinner for myself one night. there is a wonderful little tavern with home-made food just twenty meters down the small cobbled pedestrian street, and there is a decent-size supermarket from the other side of the boulevard, five mins walk from the apartment. i also discovered an excellent street bbq shack called "popaj", five mins walk from roko's apartment in the opposite direction from the city centre. overall, i will stay here again next time i come to split.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.
