Vacation rentals in Pochotes Beach

We loved our stay and hope to return in the future. The house was amazing and the location was incredible. Seth was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Erling and Milkenia, the caretakers, were so nice and kind, and they did an outstanding job. This is truly a special place in an equally special location. Highly recommend!

It was a very good experience! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Blue, the host, and the caretakers were extremely nice. The only issue we encountered is that the fridge was not working properly. But Blue helped us solve the problem with a cooler and ice. The lights on the pool weren’t working either, but we still managed to enjoy the pool after sunset without them. Overall, a great experience! We weren’t expecting to find towels or shampoo, but Blue made it really comfortable and convenient.

This place is right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. It was perfect for a weekend with family and friends to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The condo is perfect to get away from the noise and chaos of city life.

Audrey and Max are great hosts. The place is great, clean, and awesome. Max is super friendly and helps with all your needs. The pool is an additional useful extra, as is the BBQ. The kite beach is a short walk away, so the location is perfect.

We loved our time in Playa Remanso. The house is about 150 yards from the beach. The surf break was awesome and the guys at Surf Nica gave the kids lessons every day - awesome guys. The kids loved the pool. The caretakers, Alan and Leticia, were great. Leticia cooked a few meals for us and everything was delicious. The house was clean and well kept. There was construction going on across the street, but that is supposed to be completed in June and we spent most our days at the beach so it wasn’t a big deal. The parking is hard to enter and exit, but that is apparently being address as part of the current construction. San Juan Del Sur is not too far. Highly recommend the zipling at Parque Aventura Las Nubes. We highly recommend the whole experience. Will be coming back!
