Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Plymouth

We had a fantastic stay at Carlo and Shruti amazing cottage. Carlo greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome from the start. We were very grateful for the basket of goodies, the kids tucked straight in! The Cottage was remarkably clean, tidy and comfortable. The hot tub and the views were absolutely stunning. This was our first Airbnb we have stayed in and alls I can say is that the bar has been set very high! Thanks for having us, we will certainly be back 😊

We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

Lovely relaxing and peaceful location. House was brilliant and had everything needed for three generations ! Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again in the future. ☺️

This place is wonderful! beautifully clean, tidy, comfy beds and furniture and some nice touches like a big bag of popcorn in the cinema room! There was so much space for the whole family and the house caters for all age groups...and the dog! We had mostly great weather and so went to Goodrington Beach for the morning which was only 10 mins away, but could have spent the whole weekend in the house no problem, as it was so well equipped. Would highly recommend for a big family get-together...we will be returning!

We can’t thank Andy enough for such an amazing stay. He was so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Towels were supplied, everything you need kitchen wise were also supplied, we were made to feel at home from the moment we got there. The views are spectacular, and we got so lucky with the weather. Andy was quick to recommend places to see/places to eat in and around Kingsbridge which in its self was beautiful. He stocked the fire and wood up for us every morning and even warned us about the hot tub temperature (as we would’ve been cooking like lobsters after we heated it abit too much😂). I highly recommend this place and it was well worth the 7 hour drive there and back. 1000 character reviews just aren’t enough for how helpful and welcoming Andy was. We will definitely be back! Jasmine cottage is a lovely place with a fantastic modern kitchen and downstairs. Absolute bonus to have a hot tub. Brilliant location for Fowey and surrounding areas. Very clean. Connor is a great host. Instructions really clear and he was very available by phone and message when we needed.

Kieran’s place was great, it was clean and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was also lovely and it was so nice to have the hot tub! Kieran was a great host, very communicative and provided us with lots of information. I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at Tim’s place. The lodge is even better than the photos and the quality of beds, linen, etc was really high quality - both the adults and children in our group all slept better than at home! The hot tub was a real highlight for us, brilliant size and ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. Tim was really responsive and available to answer any questions we had. Loved the location - highly recommend visiting “Outside” up the lane for a bite to eat and a drink

We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Stunning place although we thought it would be more private. The cabin was adjacent to another one and overlooked. The hot tub was not private but overlooked by adjacent cabin and also security cameras which felt a little intrusive. The adjacent cabin was not occupied but we still felt the distance between cabin and hot tub / outdoor bar was not private and overlooked by cameras which was not made entirely clear in description. The property itself was delightful, well appointed and equipped. Can’t fault the service. We just didn’t like the lack of privacy in the outdoor areas.

Loved our stay , was very cosy and pretty place. had everything we needed inside. Hot tub and fire were a bonus. All the animals on the farm were lovely to see. layout was great. greta stay

What a stunning location. The climb down (but more importantly, the climb up!) is worth it. Loved being so close to the sea with such a wonderful view. the cabin is very comfortable and warm with an impressively well-stocked kitchen: plenty of crockery and cutlery; there is even a waffle maker! Be warned that the closest beach is a steep climb down (and back up - 180 steps plus a long steep slope) so be prepared for that. We were certainly fitter by the end of the week. We didn’t venture off too much - I preferred to sit outside and appreciated having 3 different seating areas to choose from. We used the hot tub nearly every night, with some wonderful sunsets and clear starry nights. The Halfway House at Polbathic served a great Sunday lunch (don’t confuse it with the one at Kingsand like we did - happens all the time apparently!) and Room Smiths and Player Ready in Plymouth kept our boys entertained when the rain was lashing down (we took the ferry over from Torpoint).

If you like quiet & rural this place is for you. Beautiful surroundings, quiet single track location, the site is well maintained & laid out with activities onsite. Laundry room is a bonus if your a family. Dogs felt right at home with the surroundings too. Would love to visit again.
