Vacation rentals with a patio in Plum Island

This home in Salem was the perfect location within a 5 minute drive from Downtown Salem. Lisa is very communicative, polite and helpful host. The place felt as comfortable as having your own place for the weekend. My two friends and I had a fantastic time in Salem. Having a cozy place to return to was a big part of our successful trip. The description and photos were exact. Lisa even has a binder with suggestions on local eateries and activities. Thank you, Lisa! If you’re planning a trip to beautiful Salem, this place is great!

Craig and Julia's place is the cleanest, best furnished and best equipped Airbnb I've stayed in! The living room and kitchen are really roomy and the bank of windows across the living room let in wonderful light and a lovely view across the water from the second floor. Quiet and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, responsive hosts--would definitely stay again!

If I could’ve, I would have left a six star review. The Garrett, hosted by Margaret and Richard, was easily the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. The unit was as beautiful as it was clean. The directions and instructions were so clear and made for a very easy arrival and check in process. We had an early flight in, so Margaret and Richard even allowed us to drop our bags off early while we explored Salem before check in. I could not have asked for a better location. Quite literally, everything on our Salem bucket list was within a 10 minute walk. This was the perfect stay for our quiet, autumnal, weekend getaway. Should I find myself in Salem in the future, I would absolutely stay at Margaret and Richard’s beautiful home again.

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This Airbnb was perfect for our trip. It comfortably accommodated our party of 6, in a quite location and a very easy walk to downtown Salem.

Allyssia's home by Pawtuckaway Lake was awesome. Communication before and during the visit was quick and informative. Check in was effortless. The space itself had everything you'd need for a fun weekend away. Great kitchen/living area to hangout and have fun. The screen in porch was great for a group to carve pumpkins in the nice fall weather. Great yard to make s'mores, grill food, and hangout outside. And the lake across the street with the private beach area was perfect to enjoy the weather and some fishing. Would definitely come here again in the future!

We rented both apartments for a multigenerational family get together. Everyone found something they loved-walking to the beach, biking to Parker River refuge for hiking/birding, loads of restaurants and shopping nearby. Glorious sunsets!

Wonderful place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving while visiting Boston! The house is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and the kids were excited to see wild turkeys walking down the road! Very clean, well stocked for cooking and extremely comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this home! Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked, making it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home. The hosts went above and beyond, quickly reaching out to ensure our stay was seamless. The attention to detail in the space was remarkable, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Can’t wait to return!

We celebrated an early Christmas with our adult children who couldn’t be home this year. The house was charming and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds, good sized kitchen with plenty of dishes/utensils,etc. Convenient location for shopping in Portsmouth, Improv and a surprise birthday party in New Market, and Concord for the Nutcracker ballet. The off season is chilly and Laurence’s recommendation to bring slippers was most welcome - we also packed a few fleece throws which came in handy when watching TV! Overall a very pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Elton’s place and location. Easy access to the train station and walking distance to downtown Salem!!

Host was responsive, pictures and description was accurate. There was coffee available and tea which was perfect for the rainy, chilly weather. This location was calm, quiet and peaceful. It was private and had great parking.

Erin's place is really beautiful. Much more spacious than I had realized from photos. Its any easy walk to the nearest beaches, and some nice storefronts and restaurants. Lovely historic neighborhood. The fenced in yard is wonderful for dog owners. I had a couple of questions for Erin and she always responded quickly. A great place.

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Immaculate, comfy, great location, super friendly and thoughtful hosts who love their area. As listed in the description, the house is older so it makes old house creaks, radiator sounds, etc. that not everyone might be used to, but it's not disruptive. Overall a great stay.

The stay was great, beautiful apartment. We chose here, to stay out of Salem but still get there for a day. Beach was clean and beautiful. Park was right beside us, restaurants and night life. We really enjoyed our stay for why we went. Thank you Jen so much for having us!
