Craig and Julia's place is the cleanest, best furnished and best equipped Airbnb I've stayed in! The living room and kitchen are really roomy and the bank of windows across the living room let in wonderful light and a lovely view across the water from the second floor. Quiet and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, responsive hosts--would definitely stay again!

Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

The place is conveniently located for our visit with family. It is comfortable and clean. Maureen responds quickly to questions and is a gracious host. If you enjoy a quiet place for two I highly recommend Maureen's place on the North Shore.

Gina's place was spectacular! all the Comforts of home, she thought of everything. even creamer for coffee and ice in the freezer. the bed was very comfortable and the space was quaint and charming and very nicely decorated. I'd give six stars if I could.

We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving! The location is great, just across the street from the beach and around the corner from a few restaurants and cafes. The living room and kitchen have great light and views of the ocean and the two rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend for a close stay near Boston or the Salem area!

This was our third stay at Elizabeth’s, it has become our go to place in Hampton when visiting family. As always Elizabeth’s place is clean, quiet, private, comfortable. It is well stocked with every amenity you could need. Elizabeth is a friendly and responsive hostess. Her apartment is highly recommended!

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. Beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we could possibly need & perfectly decorated in a beachy theme with wonderful touches for Christmas! Right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the furnished deck & the living room! Easy to find, parking on site & simple keyless entry. Only a couple of minutes to walk to all of the shops/entertainment but still enough away to not be right on top of things & feel private. Swell Cafe, less than a 5min walk to the center, is open year round & perfect for all kinds of coffee, teas, hot cocoa & food with lots of healthy options. Sin A Loa, also in the center, has the best Mexican food & margarita/mojito flights! Quick walk to Blue Ocean if you're catching a show. Diana was absolutely wonderful & we can't wait to visit again!

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

A large group of us were in Hampton Beach for a show and decided on an air bnb rather than a hotel and we could not have been happier with our decision! The home was clean, organized, comfortable and in an excellent, walkable location. We didn't got to the beach but it was less than a minute walk from the house. It was also walkable to several restaurants and bars and only about a mile walk to the venue (Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom). We were lucky with mild weather in November so got to enjoy the large table on the warmly lit back porch and the covered Farmer's porch in the front with a decent amount of seating. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and the beds were comfortable with clean linens and a set of towels on each bed (nice touch!). The bathrooms were also immaculate and having one on each floor was perfect. On top of all this, Gagan was extremely kind, very responsive (usually within minutes) and easy to communicate with. We will be back, thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sandy's. Walking through the door, we instantly felt at home. Not only did she have everything we would need for the beach, there were lots of brochures with things to do in the area as well. The home was beautifully decorated, and the outdoor space was adorable. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We spent the days at the beach and went back at night for live music and fireworks. Everything about our stay was perfect. Sandy even reached out to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we knew we could reach out any time if we needed anything. She even told us the best place to go for the perfect view of the fireworks. Sandy, thank you so much for sharing your home with us and for helping us make wonderful family memories.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach. Breathless views of the sunrise and sunset. This was a 2nd year staying at this location and I will be booking again. Can’t recommend it enough.

The property was stunning! It was so clean and homely, with everything you need and more. At this time of year it’s quiet by the beach so we made the most of the fully kitted out kitchen and made some delicious meals. We watched the sunrise from the window, it’s a direct view I’ve never had such a stunning view to wake up to!

This place is a hidden gem. The pictures don't do it justice, the views are amazing. It was clean and cozy. Diane was quick to respond to my questions. Great place for a much needed weekend away. Thank you Again

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
