The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Well equipped and friendly, nice neighborhood, close to shops, and sea 500 m all around. Main beaches 2 kms away (about 25 minutes walk and 10 min by bike), easy to park near the beaches.
