Régis was very friendly and very welcoming, everything is extremely well thought out, the apartment is really very comfortable (excellent bedding), all possible amenities, a 5-star and impeccably clean, not to mention the view and the beautiful sunsets, a waterfront experience to be lived absolutely, it's pure happiness! with the beach almost at the foot of the steps 😁

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

This was our second time staying with Philippe and we are still very satisfied. Philippe is welcoming, efficient and everything is clean and perfect, everything is well explained!

The accommodation is as described, impeccable, bright, ideal for 2 people. Parking in the secure residence is an important atoux. We are close to the large beach, restaurants and everything can be done on foot, 15 minutes from the city center. We recommend it and will be back with great pleasure, attentive host to make our stay very pleasant.

I took this rental for a business trip, I was not very communicative, because I was too busy with work (sorry about that). Everything was done 'by the book' by Titiana, and big plus, the bed is very comfortable, which for me is the most important thing!

We had a pleasant stay at Lena's apartment after our 10-day journey on the GR34. This one is very well equipped, nicely decorated and ideally located for discovering the pink granite coast. Several restaurants in the village and some shops... We would highly recommend...

Very classic apartment in terms of layout and decoration but which has the advantage of being very well located, close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarket, shop, beaches and hiking departure) and with the essentials for a good stay. Big plus for the sea view and the sound of the waves to fall asleep. Nadine welcomed us pleasantly into the accommodation.

We had a wonderful week in this seaside apartment in Perros-Guirec. The building, very iconic and visible from the whole bay, overlooks the ocean and offers breathtaking, almost unreal, views of the sea. It is a real privilege to enjoy this panorama from home! The apartment, in addition to its incredible view, is charming and perfectly equipped: a real cocoon where we immediately felt at home. As the owners have the intelligence to accept animals, we were able to enjoy this stay with our four-legged companion, which was a wonderful break that allowed us all to recharge our batteries for the end of the year. In addition, the location of the rental is ideal for exploring the local area. We discovered Perros-Guirec and its surroundings through superb walks/hikes, enjoying the beauty of the Breton coast. We leave delighted, with beautiful memories and the desire to come back!

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. It is very well located in the center of Carantec. Beaches and the supermarket are within walking distance. A real favorite. Thanks for this stay.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

Very welcoming hosts, available with special attention on arrival. Well-located, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped accommodation, even beyond our usual standards. Delighted with this meeting, excellent stay, we recommend it.
