Beautiful little villa near Ste Rose, perfect for visiting this part of the island for a few days. The villa was very pretty with the beautiful backyard. I recommend it! Safe travels.

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

Great stay! The house is intimate, clean, close to everything! It's a small oasis. Each room has its own toilet and shower, on the other hand, small disappointment with the shower in the bedroom adjacent to the house.. small and the ceramics is very damaged. We had a great holiday in this house, I would recommend it without hesitation! Thanks to Myriam for her availability!

in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

Amazing Villa...a 1 MM $ view...well furnished and great Host. Comfy beds and superb pool! Very secured area with great neighbors. The local beach is neat and beautiful with a chill vibe! Great local restaurants at a walking distance but would definitely recommend a car to explore the nearby pristine beaches! Will go back for sure!

Everything was great! From booking to checkout! André welcomed us and explained how things worked in the house and was always responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful, swimming pool at the top and the view incredible. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped! We loved it and if we had to come back to Guadeloupe we would come back to Alan and Katia's!

We had a great stay with the family at Villa Loéan. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, well located in a quiet residential area, pleasant exteriors, with garden, pool etc… Everything is there to spend a good time, we recommend it. Very friendly welcome from Nella and good contact with our host Laurent who gave us some addresses.

We were lucky enough to stay at this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. At 10 people, the villa was quite spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The photos exactly matched the place, I would even say they can't do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, beach easily accessible, with cars it is possible to walk anywhere on the island. The host was available all week and welcomed us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a life! Next time!

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Villa the View is a gorgeous house that comfortably accommodates 10 people. The villa was spotlessly clean, had a very well equipped kitchen, great outdoor dining and relaxing areas, and powerful A/C in every bedroom. The location is excellent as the house is perched on a hill offering great views of the sea and the surrounding hills. PTP airport is only 30 min away and two very pretty beaches are also within a 15 minute drive (NB, a car is a must to stay at this wonderful house). Overall, the house is clean, new, well-situated and a very good value for money. Communicating with La Clef Des Iles was easy and Maili from the company was very attentive; she answered any and all questions we had, stocked the house for us, gave great restaurant recommendations, helped organize outings and was all around a great host. Both Villa the View and La Clef Des Iles are highly recommended.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

Very beautiful house with beautiful views. We were 9. Too bad the bungalow didn't live up to the house. So some are wronged. Great location. Great house for 6-8 people, preferably. The house, garden and pool are perfectly maintained. NB: Be aware of the many power outages seemingly common in the area.

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

The villa was super clean, very well maintained and very well-equipped. The private pool made all the difference, super convenient and much appreciated in a warm country like Guadeloupe. At our request, Eva bought us beach towels and provided us with 4 folding chairs to bring us to the beach. Eva, who is the owner, gives unparalleled service. She brought us a therapeutic pillow for the mother. It can be seen that the villa is managed by the owner rather than by agency. I highly recommend renting this beautiful villa and we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Eva for a lovely stay.
