We spent 11 days in Villa Papaya 😁 The location is great as the beautiful beaches can be reached in 15 - 20 min by car. The equipment of the house is very well thought out, everything is there for a pleasant holiday. The outside with the terrace and pool is great. Justine and Synthia are attentive and very friendly 👍🏻

Beautiful villa not overlooked in a quiet area and in a secure area. The house is especially well designed, we felt like we were living outdoors and made the most of the beautiful pool. We can only recommend this house, especially if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet family vacation.

Christian and Florette are very welcoming hosts who do everything to satisfy their tenants. The accommodation is beautiful and very functional. It's tastefully decorated There's nothing missing, it feels like home from the 1st day. No overlook and very quiet We very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Everything was great! From booking to checkout! André welcomed us and explained how things worked in the house and was always responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful, swimming pool at the top and the view incredible. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped! We loved it and if we had to come back to Guadeloupe we would come back to Alan and Katia's!

We had a great stay with the family at Villa Loéan. Breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, well located in a quiet residential area, pleasant exteriors, with garden, pool etc… Everything is there to spend a good time, we recommend it. Very friendly welcome from Nella and good contact with our host Laurent who gave us some addresses.

Splendid stay in Bouillante with François. The pictures do not do justice to the house, which is even more beautiful in real life and in an absolutely enchanting setting. The sunsets are memorable every night. The pool is fantastic. Everything was clean and the house is extremely well equipped. François is a thoughtful host as we don't see much; he made sure we had enough to eat on our late arrival and is very responsive. Thank you for all the small touches! We recommend this place to stay unreservedly!

2 independent homes in close proximity, separated by about ten meters on the same plot. A real air conditioning that works very well in all the rooms. Complete equipment with very nice living room, quality furniture The pool is very clean but you have to be careful for children who are not yet able to swim (no protective barriers to promote the beauty of the place). Very quiet residential area 5 minutes by car from Saint-François. There is a supermarket and shops within 5 minutes by car. The welcome and follow-up are very attentive, which is very nice.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Beautiful villa totally true to the listing photos. The ocean view is breathtaking. It was a perfect stay. This place was incredible. We visited as a group of 8. The pictures don’t do the house justice. If I come back to Guadeloupe, I would want to stay here again. Besides the stunning view, the best thing about this house was the kitchen. It was well stocked, with high-end appliances. Wi-Fi was good enough to support one person working remotely. Streaming videos was a bit spotty. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. There is air conditioning on all the bedrooms. There is no AC in the main room but we opened the massive doors to cool down the living space and kitchen. The pool is not heated but is a lovely temperature. We swam during day and night.

The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

Beautiful house, spacious for 5 people open to a beautiful flowered and enclosed garden with a large terrace extended by a small very nice pool. Well-equipped kitchen open to the garden with a small bar, very friendly. Away from the center of Saint-François, the house is located in a private residence, quiet...and all shops are accessible by car in less than 3 minutes... In the end, a very good base for visiting the region because it's very central. Maty and Thierry are very pleasant and responsive hosts with whom the communication was impeccable. Very good stay in this beautiful house.
