Great place to stay. Communication with Lloyd was smooth and easy. The location is nice, the house is situated in a small village, ideal for the hot summer months. The house was as described - a little bit older, but cozy and clean. The kitchen was great! We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the property again in mid-December for a week. Everything was, as last time, decorated for Christmas and very comfortably furnished. We immediately felt comfortable again. The kitchen is perfect, equipped with really everything you need. In any case, we didn't miss anything. The location is ideal for excursions. Annaberg-Buchholz, Crottendorf, Schwarzenberg, Chemitz and the Czech Republic can be reached quickly. The house has a special and very cozy atmosphere. We have visited many soft night markets nearby, all of which are recommended. We'll be back for sure, maybe the next time in the Sommmer. Thank you Annett and Jürgen for your hospitality.

We stayed there for 6 nights and everything was great. We were allowed to use the bikes (which you also need if you are not there by car). It was great that we were picked up from the train station and brought back. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

We felt right at home & would be happy to come back. Less than 5 minutes to Lake Fichtelsee, quietly located & a hot tub with beautiful views.

We had a lovely stay. Very quiet location, perfect to escape everyday life. There is plenty of firewood and makes the accommodation even more cozy on cold days. Walking, they are 10 minutes through the forest from the border. I'd love to come back.

The villa is beautiful, full of charm and superbly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom very modern and stylish. We were particularly impressed by the friendly neighbors, who even provided us with fresh rolls. The property has everything you need for a relaxing family trip – outdoor grilling, hiking, or water sports on the nearby lake and just unwind. Florian, the host, was extremely friendly and was always quick to respond to our questions. Even a late check-out was possible without any problems. We were completely satisfied. A small note: The sleeping arrangements should be discussed exactly in advance, as the small folding bed is less suitable for larger people. Again, Florian responded quickly and offered us a suitable solution. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The house is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and on the outskirts of Schönwald, a small village. From here you can walk directly into nature. If you're looking for relaxation away from the big city, this is the place to be. By car, the Fichtelgebirge offers many beautiful excursion destinations up to the Czech Republic. The house is well equipped and maintained. The garden with the terrace invites you to linger at any time. The sauna in the basement is perfect for a wellness unit.
