Great place to stay. Communication with Lloyd was smooth and easy. The location is nice, the house is situated in a small village, ideal for the hot summer months. The house was as described - a little bit older, but cozy and clean. The kitchen was great! We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Cozy, quiet, extraordinarily clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The heat cabin was a great extra, everything was immaculately clean and nothing was missing. Rebekka was always quickly accessible, had great tips for things to do and welcomed us very hospitably. 10/5 stars! We would book the place again anytime.

The perfect place to unwind from everyday stress and unwind! We were allowed to spend a few very relaxing days here - the view of the lake from the accommodation is fantastic and in the adjacent forest we were able to take some beautiful winter walks. The accommodation itself is clean and equipped with everything you need, including storage space for clothes, fridge, spices for cooking, drinkable water from the pipe, etc. The furnishings have thought of many loving details - string lights also provide cozy lighting in the evening, a small wooden box invites you to put the phone completely out of hand and in one of the cabinets we found a set of acrylic colors and canvases that we were allowed to use for a dinner. The highlight was of course the small sauna tent with wood-burning stove on the other side of the lake! Oleg & Anna were great hosts who were always available for questions. Thank you so much for everything! :)

Though we never met Andrea, she was always responsive to questions. The apartment (Villa Stark) was just as described. It was up about 4 flights of stairs. The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. Mattresses were comfy and allowed us to sleep well. Location is just a few minutes walk to the main Marktplatz. The shower was powerful and nice to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

The short break in Thomas' cottage was perfect. The amenities (especially kitchen) are really excellent. Books, brochures, towels, everything you could need to cook and bake. The furnishings are very pretty and welcoming. Very comfortable bed, very cozy sofa. Highlights are the very quiet location in a beautiful area (Fichtelsee, Schneeberg, Ochsenkopf...) and of course the hot tub with gazebo. Absolutely recommended!

We spent a week in Michael's cottage, which is beautifully situated right on the German border between Klingenthal and Bublava. The cottage is very cosily furnished and has everything you need. The wood-burning stove is a particular highlight. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very atmospheric with lots of candles, everything as described - but the floor plan takes some getting used to, because you have to go through the kitchen into the bathroom and through the large bedroom into the small one. If it is not used for a long time in winter, it will take many hours for it to be really warm. The fireplace helps in the living room, but it is relatively difficult to light because there is only hardwood (small chips and very large). Overall a very nice apartment!

Our stay at Rudolf's place was just great! Everything was perfect – the sauna in the house was a real highlight and provided total relaxation. The kitchen is mega equipped, there was nothing missing. There's an incredible amount of space so everyone could feel comfortable. The quiet location right by the forest was fantastic and ideal for walks and rest. Absolutely recommendable, we will gladly come back!
