This place was fantastic. The property itself is clean with a very nice pool. The rooms are clean and have nice amenities, including tv if needed. You’re a short walk from two beaches which are a little less touristy, and a short taxi away from the tourist beaches. You’re also a 2-5min walk from a bunch of restaurants (10+), a little grocery store, and some shops. The real best part of this place is Luis and Magda; they really take care of you, and it doesn’t feel professional like at a hotel. Conversely, it feels like they’ve adopted you as family and look out for you. Magda makes breakfast in the morning at their sister property, Villa Lili, and Luis insisted on driving us over. They felt like they were really looking out for us, and were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here for the property and location, and for Magda and Luis especially!

We stayed at Villa Lilil, because there were construction works at Quinta. It was a lovely stay. Although it is a Hotel, you feel like you are staying with a family. Everything is very spacious and our highlight was Magdalena, who prepared great breakfast/brunch for us. Don José Luis even drove us to the Airport.

We loved our stay here. It was our second time staying there and we would go back for a third. It is so quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean, and the beds so comfy. We loved the pool which is super clean and relaxing and the fact that the hotel is right on the beach. Love this place. It is so chill.

My two-night stay at Tina’s place in Puerto Escondido was exceptional! Located in the heart of Zicatela, it was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s very walkable, located right on the beach, and the convenience of other nearby beaches made exploring easy. The pool was a perfect addition, offering a refreshing spot to relax after a day in the sun. Tina was a fantastic host – responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located stay in Puerto Escondido!

Rafa ( host) very friendly, her recommendations for restaurants and places to get to know very good , the lodging we loved it . Very close to Carrizalillo beach and a few steps from turtle viewpoint with the best sunset.

Had a great stay at the vista suite at Casa Monika! Monika is super helpful and the place is super quiet and conveniently located to the beach and lots of restaurants but is still far enough away it’s quiet. I would come back!

Check in was quite easy, the room was exactly what we expected. Room is cleaned everyday and also the pool area and areas used for public are taken care of every day. We had a few questions on the equipment offered upfront, that were not available but Pedro reacted super fast and helped out by answering all our questions. Thanks for hosting us.

I Loved staying at Kasa Koh. The place is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. The decor is chic and I loved the aesthetic. The pool is wonderful as are the rooms. Diego is very friendly and a joy to be around.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space is more sophisticated in person then the photos. The location is fantastic, you are a quick walk from the action, and there are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a lovely local market are a short walk away. (Get tamales there!). The patio is a bonus, we ate all of our meals out there. The outdoor bathroom is a little awkward, but robes are provided for privacy and the shower pressure and temperature are great. David is very quick to respond and the groundskeeper was so kind and generous. Fresh drinkable water when you need it, delicious ground coffee, even a small bottle of mezcal to get you in the Oaxaca spirit. The property is beautiful and the laundry place at the front is very good, and well priced. We will likely stay there again in our next trip to Oaxaca.

Villa Yatziri is beautiful with a very nice design. It’s in a safe area with loads of great restaurants and good acces to the beach. Rafael is very friendly and flexible. Definitely would recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay. Mike is very attentive. She was attentive to what I needed. Everything very clean and very quiet as well. 10/10

I definitely had a very nice stay. The place is very comfortable and very quiet. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very comfortable too, and something that I really liked was that the room will have a mini refrigerator because I could keep my drinks there and some other things so they wouldn't be heated. The pool area is very good, the pool is clean and I think with enough space to be able to stay a good time. The kitchen in general is good, it has everything you need for cooking. And the view from there is beautiful. Jill is very friendly and gives you time to show you the whole house and amenities. Pd. My girlfriend and I fell in love with the dogs and kittens of the house, especially the dog Lola, who is very polite and very tender.

Simply excellent, just what I was looking for and needed. Flexible and friendly. The 5-star vd tmb to Miguel who was always attentive to anything I asked for, decisive and enthusiastic.
