Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa

Everything was just like the photos, the house was very clean and tidy . Overlooking from the balcony to the Mediterranean Sea. Everything's perfect as I expected. The kitchen is complete and comfortable. On arrival I contacted the owner and they were already waiting for us to give us the keys at all. I don't have any complaints about anything. great stay.

Large apartment, impeccable so that we each have our room to sleep well before the Valencia marathon. Rafael has always communicated well and was welcoming.

100% recommended, in fact we have extended the reservation several times.

The place was extremely pleasant for our stay, we felt good and the region is very nice. Even a little far from the center, it is possible to do everything on foot to get to know the city well. We were well cared for and treated. I will return if you need, thank you so much!

The accommodation is very nice, new, super clean, attention to detail everything, with two very complete bathrooms. For babies offers mini crib and bathtub for them. Very complete kitchen, the apartment is very good with garage included. Ambrosio answers and always resolves doubts, if I would come back in the same place it has been 10. We had a great time here. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Well equipped, cozy and clean. Communication with José was really easy and fast.

I enjoyed an excellent seven night stay at Jaime’s apartment. The location is very good. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk and coffee shops nearby. The Italian restaurant across the road is super.

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

Stay in line with our expectations (Valencia marathon). the accommodation is ideally located to participate in the race (20 minutes from the center of Valencia) But above all the accommodation is perfect: clean, all the necessities, a few meters from the beach... really very nice again thank you for the rental. we will come back without hesitation

Alejandro was helpful from the moment we booked. We were a group of five and we loved having Casa Montana downstairs. The staff were so accommodating and lovely and we enjoyed every single dish we had. The neighbourhood has great cafes, bars and a lovely local market and of course the beach. Thank you so much for making our trip so special.

This was our third visit to Valencia, and this was our favourite place to stay. The check-in was super easy with clear instructions (even a handy video!), the location is great (in Valencia's Chinatown, lots of local restaurants), within walking distance to places of interest in Valencia and also close to public transport. The flat is lovely, comfortable and clean, and has everything you need - the shower is excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The street outside is lively, but not excessively noisy, and the bedroom is at the back, so it was very quiet. The hosts were very responsive, and also flexible when we had to amend our first booking at the last minute. We would recommend Andrea and Cristina's place very much, and would certainly like to stay there again in the future!

Pilar was very responsive, we appreciated the early check in as well as all the information about what to do & visit in Valencia. The location of the apartment is quite central and there are many cafes/restaurants nearby. Highly recommended, would stay here again on the next visit to Valencia. Thank you for everything! 🤎

Jose was a great host with fast communication. The apartment has a wonderful view and is in a perfect area for chilling. There are restaurants and coffee shops below. The bus to the old town is a 5 min walk and runs very frequently. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely will be back.

Juan and Rafael were both fabulous hosts. Easy to contact and very responsive. Very spacious apartment in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here!

Gianina was the perfect host, was always available and very helpful, arranged taxis and gave us numerous recommendations. I would recommend her beautiful apartment to everyone wanting a lovely holiday, near enough to Valencia city but away from the hustle and bustle. We would love to visit again.

Desiré was great. I can’t recommend enough this place, it’s in the city center, everything you need is a 2 min, nice restaurants, bars, pharmacies, everything. Desire was very responsive and helpful in our check in. She also shared a recommendation guide which was helpful as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Julio's and was blessed with great weather. The complex and neighbourhood was lovely and peacefully quiet being out of season but then the restaurants are not open all the time but we managed adequately. 5 minute walk to a nearby supermarket which has everything. Julio was the perfect host and very helpful.
