Antonio Jesus was a stellar host. He responds to any and all messages promptly! He is very helpful and good natured. I would highly recommend staying at the Aguadulce property as it is very conveniently located and so comfortable. Keeping in mind that the tap water all over Aguadulce tastes of chlorine, be sure to grad some bottled water for your stay.

One word: Fantastic! Commutation was very well, the appartment with height cielings amazing. Three terraces, neighbourhood also really nice. I come back next year!

They seem to me few stars to evaluate the stay and the apartment. Everything to detail, hyper clean, loaded with accessories, everything where it should be in your own house, everything arranged with logic and above all with taste, where there should be a pan... there it was, a juicer... there it was. It's not missing a detail. The entrance to the apartment without any problem, waiting for us until we were able to arrive that was later than the check-in time, recommending us places... an authentic luxury. Communication by public transport at the gate. You have the beach 150m away, places to eat almost under the apartment. We couldn't enjoy it anymore, a pity. This is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time in Almeria very much. The host was extremely quick to respond and helpful.

A good apartment equipped, comfortable, modern and clean. You have all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay. We traveled as a family with my two girls of 11 and 5, we were very comfortable. There is parking on the same street in front of the apartment and has good access to the highways.

The apartment is next to the beach and with direct access to the pool, it has everything you need for a few days of rest, lots of kitchenware, towels up for the pool, sheets, up to hammocks for the terrace, it is very well conditioned, Susana attended us at all times very kindly, very nice and helpful and Michel is also interested in messages to see if everything was correct, 100x100 recommended, the year that will return in Roquetas again we will definitely return to his apartment

Well working A/C. Well equipped with various appliances. House in very good condition. Clean. Cozy balcony.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

I will definitely be staying here again. Our second time back and will continue to return

We lived for a month in the apartment. It was great for us for a long-term stay! It is on the 4th floor with beautiful views to the sea, area and mountains. The working place is not super-big or comfortable, but also usable. The owner was quite responsive and accomodating, and provided everything in the listing and some additional/welcoming pack :) Basically, all you need to live in. We usually had closed windows, and they are not directed to the busy road, so it was moderately quiet (we are light sleepers), although occasionally there might be someone loud riding in the night. Disadvantages: the bathroom is a bit used. Nothing critical for sure, but the plumbing has usage signs and it is often very humid in the room (at least in autumn/winter). Super-firendly host, even though Justo does not really speak English :) He came with the friend/relative though, and communicating via AirBnb helps with translation, just highlighting the small drawback.

Cristian welcomed us very warmly in his home, with a lot of kindness and attention. Cristian's apartment is undoubtedly better if you can do that in the photos he has published, a decoration cared for in detail and above all, very clean. Equipped with all possible things. The mountain views are very nice and the atmosphere in the pool is very good. I would definitely come back!!

My in-laws were very comfortable, len a house with every detail, and a great location. They loved it and we don't hesitate to repeat it.

The house has spectacular views and is 10 minutes from the beach. We have a few days at ease .

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Speaking of the host, Zuleima is super friendly, helpful, fluent in English, and answers every question patiently. The place has everything needed for a long stay; it’s well-maintained, clean, and features a spacious, airy terrace protected from the wind, which is useful during the cool Spanish winters (20°C). Don’t hesitate to book!

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀
