Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Gigante

The apartment was great. Super clean, had everything you need. It's perfect if you're traveling on your own by car or as a couple. The distance to San Juan Pueblo was super short by car and to the beaches too. The only inconvenience we had was that you can hear a lot what other people are doing outside the apartment. We couldn't sleep pass 7AM. But the place is amazing, super pretty, super easy to get into and Abraham was super clear with the check in instruction, plus, has a team that keep everything nice! Would come back :)

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed! The building and grounds are impeccably maintained, creating a safe and secure environment. The pool is crystal clean and perfect for relaxing. The condo itself offers an amazing view, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to feel at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk into town. Keep in mind you'll either cross the river on foot or take a quick boat ride, which only adds to the charm of the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and ensured everything went smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient getaway.

Claudia's La Talanguera apartment is perfect for short and long stays, specially for small groups. It has everything you need to make it your temporary home. Also, it's location is great. SJDS town and surrounding beaches are right there. She also is very friendly and responsive, and so are the people who work with her :)

Very good place to stay, the view is wonderful, there is a lot of privacy, the apartment is very comfortable and covers all the needs to have a pleasant stay!

Fantastic stay! The unit is beachfront, with easy access to the pool and the beach. Great patio area, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Mar was very responsive from check-in to check-out and Paula cooked an amazing seafood lunch for us!

Beautiful home with a fantastic view! We loved our stay!

The house is beautiful and dreamy. We absolutely loved it. However, it is big, we were only 3 while there are 5 rooms. But we loved it and enjoyed it. The terrasse overlooking the pacific and sunrise:Sunset is stunning and the best place to start & end your day. The team is very responsive and helps you with everything. Please note the location is very secluded. You definitely need a car, otherwise very difficult to move around. But once you have it, it is close to main activities. Highly recommend this amazing house. Was the best way to end 2024.

What can I say but just an amazing experience overall! From Alex the caretaker, to the lovely home in such an amazing location-we could not have asked for more!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful two weeks over the holidays. This was our second time in SJDS but our first stay with Tanguy. The house is excellent, the view is magnificent, and everything is within easy reach. We would love to stay here again if we return to SJDS.

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

Wow, can't say enough about this property. We stayed with 2 couples and it is setup amazingly where everyone had their own units for privacy and then the main building off the pool is spacious and gorgeous. This whole property is furnished and finished with amazing quality, and no detail is missed. The staff on site is amazing as well, and the views are spectacular. This home can easily house 4 couples with the 4 separate bedrooms. Theres a couple great restaurants super close that we ate at and the beaches are only 10 minutes away. Probably one of the nicest parts of this house was that it was fully stocked for spices, aluminum foil ect which seems to be rarer and rarer these days with an Airbnb. This is a very high end property and although a bit remove from San Juan offers amazing luxury. Highly recommend this property and renting from Lois!

We had a great stay. Mario was super responsive and accommodating - as a family with young children, we appreciated that! The property was clean and uncluttered - it was easy for us to settle in. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and the main area of SJDS is not far after that, walking along the beach. The rooftop patio is a fantastic bonus and we enjoyed relaxing there before dinner in the evenings.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, it's looks even better in real life than on photos. Flat is big and cozy, beds are comfortable, water pressure in shower was also great. Wifi worked well. Living room and master bedroom are facing the road, which is loud if you have open windows. With windows closed no problems at all, didn't disturb our sleep. Pool outside is small (more like for cooling than for actual swimming). The condo area is clean and well maintained, also parking available. The only problem we had were the ants - they were consistently appearing in the living room, despite using Raid and cleaning up the dishes once used. I know it's pretty common in warm countries, so wasn't a big deal. But I hope host will find a solution for that (note: the apartment was very clean, so it's not about dirt). Benjamin is very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended, great location. Strong AC, Cable TV, and hot water. The building has a generator if the power goes out. Cheap laundry service available too.

We loved this location. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. They cleaned the condo every couple days and made sure we had fresh towels on our 2 week stay. This spot is a little more expensive than most others, but the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to club house, playa colorado and restaurants

Amazing location right on the sand. Communication was crystal clear. The hosts were very accommodating . I felt extremely safe. Hacienda Iguana is a lovely community and I can't wait to return! Thank you NSR!
