We recently stayed at a beautiful villa and had an amazing time. The property was exactly as described—spacious, well-kept, and with stunning views. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.We highly recommend the parasailing and party boat excursions. Both were fantastic, and the staff made everything enjoyable. The beach nearby was peaceful, and the locals were incredibly friendly, adding to the charm of the area. A few tips: the pharmacies in town are pricier than those just a mile away, so consider shopping outside town for better prices. Also, if you’re a wine drinker, the villa doesn’t have a wine opener, and no stores nearby sell them, so bring your own. For great food, CandyCake is a must-visit, but remember it’s cash only! If you want to book an excursion, see Ramon at the little building on the corner (tell him Amanda sent you). He’s an incredible artist and a wonderful person who made our excursion unforgettable.Overall, our stay was fantastic!!!!

The property at Bella Sirena was beautiful, well maintained, and the owners were super responsive. If you are looking for a Mexican beach vacation this villa has everything you need. The villa is in a great location and just a few steps to Sandy Beach. The villa is also well stocked and the owners have done a great job making you feel right at home. This property is #1 on our Rocky Point list and we will be back again.

Great place to stay if the home and it's space is the main draw. The city itself has quite a lot of poverty that made it feel less than comfortable at times. The house is removed from the city a bit and security around the facilities was great. Because of it being more remote the sky was amazing. The pool and house were clean and we enjoyed the wildlife.

This felt like home, beautiful home beautiful sunset, wonderful staff, I saw on few previous reviews that the pool tile was broken. it's fixed and shiny! it's 10 minutes drive to town but we didn't mind considering how safe it is. I'm forever thankful for hosting us and let us build memories that will last.

Liads place was amazing , lots of room loved everything about it . We loved going to the beach , we enjoyed upstairs living room !!!! The rooms need more curtains for the mornings its very bright and wakes the little ones up To early …. The guest bathroom water doesnt work as good as main house bathroom, some stuff is a little outdated but still good place and the stairs are super scary for a little toddler there but other Then that it was amazing peaceful and clean. Liad is by far The nicest and most polite host i have ever had .

everything was great. only thing one shower didn't have enough water pressure other than that everything was perfect.

Frank is quick to respond via email and very friendly. We had an issue requiring laundry detergent, and he picked up the call immediately and helped to guide us to where it would have been. Highly recommend!
