The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was spotless, the arrival was self-contained and we were greeted with a white wine. Perfect for traveling as a family and suitable for all ages, a golf cart takes you to the Club de Playa area where you can take your ice and food. Affordable prices at the beach bar. Recommended and we would love to return.

The place is very spacious, we had a pleasant stay. Excellent ocean view from the apartment on the 11th floor. It has 3 very nice pools and warm water. The children's pool has a really fun little slide/ slip. The place is very clean, spacious kitchen. Would definitely come back again.

Tamara was super friendly and very willing. The apartment is perfect, very nice and very neat. The amenities work great. I only recommend reading the home instructions well to avoid confusion.

Spectacular apartment, very good and fluid communication with Goretti and Abril, we rested a lot and we were very quiet, the toilet and perfect indications. 100% recommended. Maybe a suggestion would be for upcoming travelers to consider bringing beach chairs and umbrella, since getting a space in the beach club is almost impossible on weekends with holidays, but that is a detail that does not obscure the good of the accommodation and the service they gave us, we felt right at home!, thank you!!! Cristian was very friendly and helpful at all times and the accommodation was luxurious, the house is in a very safe and quiet area, the amenities of the house were excellent and the view is unparalleled! 100% recommended!

Great place matches all the photos the host was very nice we had issues with the water but x issues outside of him got the problem fixed for us quick my family was happy I'm sure we'll be back soon

Very nice facilities, the pool is super clean and warm, the beach is a few steps away across the street, excellent service from Mari and Marissa, definitely a high quality place. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing very comfortably and with the family. Of course we'll be back.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'd really stay again. I love the place, the hosts are friendly, accessible and always attentive to everything. I love the facilities of both the apartment and the condominium because of their location.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Acapulco and although the condominium is large and the building is not next to the beach, there is intermo transportation to go back and forth. Ernesto is very attentive and flexible.

We had an incredible time, we felt right at home, Martha's attention was impeccable , every day we received cleaning from Magda , very well cared for facilities and the apartment has everything you need in addition to being very comfortable for being ground floor . We'll be back soon soon Viviane

The island is a very complete residential development, very friendly support staff, and attentive the whole time, it's worth every peso you pay, the apartment is comfortable and clean.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. The terrace area is very nice. All the very attentive support staff since arrival at the Clubhouse, at the Reception De la Torre, on the Beach and in the pool area. Jorge was always attentive to communication, his responses were very quick. No problem we would return to this apartment.
