House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, angulera capital. It is 30 minutes from Gijón and Oviedo and only 15 minutes from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is only 10'away. We are on the right bank of the mouth of the Nalon River. The house is located in front of the marina and 5' from Playa de los Quebrantos for a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: multi-sport, foosball court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a flea market in the plaza every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that leads us to the beautiful medieval village of the Castle, from which we can divide the course of the Nalon River from a good height. Hopefully you like it and have a good time at our company!!!

Great beachfront apartment!! Very nice ocean view. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The direct view and the sound of the sea provide a lot of calm. Ideal for couples, couples with a baby (baby services included) and also for families with 2 children. Perfect for enjoying a few pleasant days in Asturias. Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

The impeccable accommodation and the host, very friendly, you can't ask for more, all the facilities for a place with an unbeatable location. the elevator would have been the icing but that is not in the hands of the host, otherwise the location is worth it and as I say the attention compensates. highly recommended.

Communication with Alba was excellent, she allowed us a flexible arrival and helped us find the accommodation, when we arrived there she was waiting for us, she told us where to park, where to eat, where to have some ciders. The apartment is super comfortable, close to everything, the sea, restaurants, supermarkets. We had a great time. We will be back!

We had a great time last week at Carmen’s place. She met us when we arrived and gave us some tips and left some instructions which were very clear. The place is great. It really is right next to a lovely beach and the area is beautiful. We did a lot of cycling but be aware there aren’t many cycle paths. Thé appartement was a perfect size for a family of 4. Thanks Carmen. Maybe see you next year!

I have traveled alone, to disconnect and relax. The experience has been magnificent, the surroundings of the apartment spectacular, it has exceeded my expectations to spare. Alba went every day to do her job and always attentive in case I needed anything, a very sweet and nice girl. The owner of the apartment was also aware if I needed anything. I have left with a lot of penny but looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend it!! For me it was a unique and unforgettable experience!!
