Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa de San Lorenzo

Comfortable establishment for families, with three bedrooms and in a quiet area attached to the beach of Salinas (3 minutes by car). Area with shops that facilitate the stay.

The apartment is a flat as to live year-round. It's roomy and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven. The gas goes through gas canister but we had put it new and we didn't have to worry at all. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. The living room table is large and overlooks a little bit of the sea and the port. We had also been left with board games like bingo and some cards. Yes, the apartment did not have wifi. The apartment is very close to Candás beach and a 5min drive from the other beaches. Parking is a little tricky but also not impossible. As for Sergio, very attentive and very friendly, he provided us with his phone number so that the conversation was more fluid. In fact, we had a problem with the car and it helped us solve it by making it easier for us to contact his trusted mechanic, a very great plus on your part. Overall we are very happy!!

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. The super quiet area, and the apartment is super comfortable. Next to the beach, quite a few places to eat great too. We have been happy. Recommended!!! The communication with the host was perfect. Very good experience.

With Loreto and Miguel, the owners, communication was excellent throughout. The slightest thing was very quick to respond, always very helpful. highly recommended to spend a few days in Luanco and feel at home.

The accommodation is very convenient to spend a few days in Gijón: close to shops, restaurants, beach.. We greatly value the garage square, the cleanliness and the amenities it offers: large TV, good bed, very equipped kitchen, elevator, good estate.. In short, we would stay again, if we go through the city on another occasion

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

All the decorations, furniture, fixtures are PERFECT. Our host Marta has designed this house so well, Fully built out kitchen with TONS of cutlery, silverware, plates, cooking utensils etc. you could easily stage a dinner here for 6 or more guests. The bed was extremely comfortable.

It was a great experience, sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a bunch of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more utensils and toiletries of what we would have thought of upon entering. The house is super quiet and is described as in the photos. The backyard, a plus. The days that time has wasted we have enjoyed it to the fullest! Fully recommended, we will definitely be back.

Carlos's apartments are everything I needed for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings are so quiet that I can’t even remember the last time I woke up to the sound of birds singing and the ocean in the background. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need, while the apartment itself is fully equipped with all the essentials. I felt truly welcomed, and Carlos made sure everything was taken care of, responding promptly to all my questions. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you're in the area!

Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

We had an excellent stay at Laura's apartment. When we arrived they were waiting for us and the check-in process was practical and personalized. They were always available to answer any questions and left us great recommendations for things to do nearby. The apartment is quiet and very functional, it corresponds to what the photos show. The cleanliness was spotless. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare for meals at home. We were as a couple and were very comfortable, we definitely recommended it.

beach front line accommodation, a little old but well cared for and with everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some cocacolas , detergent, gel,...even 4 freshly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and there is no trip to the super. The great location, on the beachfront and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.
