Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa de la Arena

Enrique was a good host, very kind and thoughtful. Always answering any questions. She gave us good recommendations that made our visit more special. Good location, quiet to relax. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cozy apartment, as seen in the pictures. Very well equipped kitchen and the terrace was great for breakfast and sunbathing. I would definitely recommend this place, it was an unforgettable trip. We'll be back!

We can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb and the host. The host met us outside of normal check in times and even brought us some welcome goodies! We loved the amazing view, stocked kitchen, washing machine, and beautiful pool. The air conditioning was great too! There are a couple very nice grocery stores within walking distance too! Wonderful stay all around.

Check-in great and the stay was just great. Too bad the time was over so quickly. We will definitely be back! Great quiet surroundings. Friendly residents in the house. Everything you needed was in the apartment and if you were only traveling with hand luggage, you could wash your laundry quickly. Plenty of parking in front of the door. Thank you for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the communication with the host was excellent. After an unfortunate experience at another place I had to move to, the owner went above and beyond by helping me out and picking me up. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife!

l would just like to thank Paul and Ingrid for collecting and talking us back to the airport ,The accommodation is in a great location easy to walk to Siam Park and Dism Mall it is also on a good bus route. The accommodation is one of the cleanist Airbnbs we have stayed in it was exactly as described immaculatey clean

Inga was a great host - very responsive to any of our questions. The apartment itself is beautiful and had everything that we needed. The balcony was great for sunbathing once the sun came over the hill... and perfect for eating dinner whilst watching the sunset. Lovely space. We rented a car, but did walk up and down the hill a few times during our stay. It's not too bad, and there are lifts within the development to help. We did enjoy our time down by the communal pool as well.

The place was very nice, spacious, and clean. Especially the terrace was great and very large. There was almost everything you needed. The use of the pool area was really great and also offered nice shade spots for our babies. Unfortunately, there is currently a construction site directly opposite which makes a lot of noise and is noisy and the proximity to the airport can also be heard, as there is the flight path there. We were not really aware when booking that there is no sandy beach within walking distance so you definitely need a car, even for shopping you have to drive something (there are only very small grocery stores nearby) All in all, I would go there again.

it was a perfect place to spend our holiday in Tenerife, we rented a car and we were 5 minutes ride away from most beautiful beaches of Tenerife: Las Vistas, Las America's, Playa de Toya, Los Cristianos. The apartment is at 1st level, easy to reach, it has a private pool. Everything like in photos - even more beautiful! The host was there to welcome us, she gave us recommendations for what to visit! So I kindly recommend!

Good value for money! Filiberto's apartment is spacious, cozy, clean, and functional. This area was perfect for us because we appreciate the tranquility as well as the nature and sights of North Tenerife. Filiberto is a kind and helpful gentleman.

Everything was really perfect, except for the sound insulation of the walls. If you have noisy neighbors, you feel like they're in the same room as you.

Loved our stay here. So tranquil and loved having different terraces to relax at depending on time of day. The house itself of clean and spacious. Great location for going for walks around El Teide and some lovely restaurants nearby which were recommended by the host.

Huge apartment, better than in pictures. Wonderful sunny terrace and very peaceful neighbourhood. Market and restaurants within walking distance. Clean apartment with well equiped kitchen. Would come back any time!

We had a great stay at Maartens place. A beautifully renovated space in a fantastic complex with a heated pool. The condo is well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery and so on. Being a 3bedrooms+den with bathroom for each it was more than big enough for 6 adults and a child. The outdoor space is big. The grounds around are great for walking/hiking and exploring. We do wish that there would have been toilet paper and soap at the property and a few things were broken/not working properly upon arrival. Other than that we are happy and had a wonderful time! Thank you😊

I can honestly say it’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. All the furniture is of good quality beds very comfortable as was the sofa . we traveled light with just cabin bags so we really appreciated the shampoo,body wash and conditioner in both bathrooms. I would recommend having a car to get out and about few bars and restaurants close by or walk along the coast to San Blas and Los Abrigos or a drive to El Medano .los Abrigos we had some fantastic food one restaurant we were in had a set three course menu for €15. pp We had padron peppers ,prawns and fresh local fish. Amazing holiday highly recommend

Very friendly contact. Accommodation was in a quiet location with good accessibility to Los Christianos and Las Americas via public transport and rental car. The apartment overall well equipped and the communal pool wonderful for a quick cooling off.

Communication was excellent with all queries answered very quickly. The villa was immaculately clean and all facilities and furniture was of a very high standard. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for a family holiday. We will definitely return and have already recommended it to family and friends. The extra touches of chocolates, wine. Ice creams and treats were well received. The surrounding area is very safe and has lots of restaurants, bars and super markets on your doorstep. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Flo was so helpful from the 1st day we booked to the day we checked out. She sent us a 15 page document which told us everything we needed to know about the property as well as all the information we needed to get around the island, buying groceries and restaurant tips. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests. The property is in wonderful condition and has been well taken care of. We were surprised to find such high quality appliances and pots and pans. There was an abundance of everything. It is a very nice area and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the heart of El Medano. There you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars right on the water. It is much quieter area than others which suited us fine. We cannot recommend her apartment enough. You will not be disappointed!

Good vacation for my family.

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, the patio and pool area are very quiet, private and relaxing. Lots of bars and good restaurants all on the doorstep. Just what we wanted. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We have booked again for next year. We couldn’t get the tv to work to watch the Gavin & Stacey Christmas special !! But a few messages back and forth to our host and all was sorted out quickly thank goodness !! Absolutely perfect holiday

Me and my family really liked this place. It is great location. Short distance to the coast. There is everything nearby. We have utilized the dedicated parking space. The pools area was amazing. There was plenty of space and everything we needed for 5 of us. There was nice terrace upstairs with a view. Jesus is truly awesome host. Absolutely recommended. It is really close to Los Cristianos that I perceice as epicenter of the south.

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We stayed for a week in the apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable even for two couples. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony is facing north so you have a nice view to the sea and the sun doesn’t get too warm there. It is easy to arrive to and parking in the garage is super convenient. There is a supermarket and parks within a short walking distance. The filtered water was a big plus, saving us to carry extra water to drink.

Nice clean and modern apartment ( for 1 or 2 people) with nice terrace with great views (to golf and sea and mountains) on the first floor , above the house where bernardo and family lives. Very safe area. Parking via barrier few meters from apartment entrance. Full kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge, 2-burner hob etc. Room with TV with Netflix. Terrace with 2 chairs and table. Modern narrow bathroom with rain shower. And bedroom with a small double bed and wardrobe. Bernardo is very friendly, got lots of tips and upon arrival a welcome greeting on the door and a bottle of wine. Very attentive. The complex has some outdated but very clean swimming pools where 1 is well heated. It is advisable to have a car here. Within walking distance of restaurants etc in san blas. Because it is close to the airport, planes regularly come over ( only during the day) But otherwise a very quiet area, no traffic or music etc.
