Nice and very close to the beach

Loved the house and the experience: monkeys wake you up, a sloth greets you at the entry gate and many more birds and animals right in the garden...

Second time I've stayed at this house. I really like that it is a spacious, ventilated house, the beds are big and the bathrooms too. Also the private pool and terrace area are the maximum. It's a quiet, nice place. It is important to note that if you do not have a car there is something far from the center of Cahuita, but in that case I recommend renting a bicycle to be able to make the trip.

The casitas were adorable and we immediately felt right at home. We rented Ginger and Cacao. My children split the 2 bedroom and my husband and I had the spacious 1-bedroom. The landscaping and plants give the feeling that you’re deep in the jungle but a quick walk down the hill and you’re back in civilization! The caretaker Cesar was so kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. I swore every long hot shower I took was the best shower I’ve ever taken! It was a magical way to start our vacation.

This place was stunning despite the weather working against us the entire time lol so we were not able to enjoy much of the vast greenery or the pool like we wanted to. However, that had nothing to do with the host's service and how proactive she was about ensuring that my gathering was as cohesive, organized and smooth as possible, which I am eternally thankful for. The space is so well equipped that I didn't had to buy many of the kitchen items I thought I would. Thank you so much for allowing me to host my first event here! It was peaceful, quiet and cozy...some of the best sleep of my life! Oh, and water pressure + water heat? 10/10...not very common out here, haha.

The Casa Del Mango was the best place to stay in Cahuita. Clean, well located by the beach and close to town. Martin and Natasha are the best host ever to facilitate our trip and activities. Their personalized service is out of this world.

I am absolutely delighted about my stay at Lucianos. The communication was grateful. I could check in earlier. The place was beautiful, clean and modern. Would definitely book it again.

Meg's communication was excellent from the moment we booked. The accommodation was everything we expected, a beautiful garden surrounded by nature, even inside the accommodation you can perceive every sound from the outside. For sure when we return to the Caribbean this will be our first choice!

A very nice airbnb!!

This was a nice and private place to stay, just off the main thruway to town - when we had the place to ourselves, it was really quiet and nice to have the pool right beside our unit (the people that came in after our 2nd day were rather noisy). Other than a minor issue with the bathroom, everything in the unit was just what we needed. Location was good, a little out of the way but five minutes into town and a five minute walk to some good food at the Banana Azul hotel. Loida is a great host, 10/10. Always available, quick to reply, friendly, and reacted quickly when an issue came up with the bathroom. thanks for having us, Loida!

Paz Mami is in the heart of all the things to do. It is a loud location but that’s because every thing you want to do is right downstairs. You don’t need a car. The place is decorated so well & creates a peaceful space in the middle of everything. The host is so kind & helpful. Felt very welcomed. Thank you so much for having us! Highly recommend if you want to feel the energy of this area.

We had a great stay, I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near to Puerto viejo.

It's a wonderful location and the house is enjoyable surrounded by trees, monkeys and a variety of birds. A jungle close to the beach. The path to the beach is about 20' by foot after you make it to the highway which is only 10' away. Wonderful access to a sweet, small beach where you swim peacefully most of the days. The path is through the jungle so is likely to see some animals on the top of the trees. The supermarket and some restaurants are at a close distance and tuks tuks are the way to go. Very recommendable.

The property is very well located and easily accessible, there is a small supermarket close by or by bike. The house is very well equipped for cooking right there and overall quite comfortable. Property is gated and feels quite privacy

Great place and excellent host

Lovely place. The landscaping is extraordinary and it was so beautiful we spent several days just staying at the house. The hotel next-door was a bonus as it had a bar restaurant where we could order drinks and food and have them delivered to the beach. the beach was empty, but you could walk a mile and either direction to go to a busier beach with beach bars and restaurants. Had a bit of an issue with the pool at one point, but Utopía Caribe, the property manager, was very attentive and remedied the problem to our satisfaction. If you're going to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, rent this house.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. Close to one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in the area and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The area is quiet.

Beautiful and clean apartment, with great terrace. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with good towels and the whole apartment equipped with fly screens. Comfortable loungers on the terrace. The location is great. Puerto Viejo and the great Playa Cocles within walking distance. Sophia lives at the front of the property, is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Clear recommendation from us.

Great place to stay! Very well equipped kitchen, spacious, everything very clean, lots of privacy and just a beautiful and quiet place to stay! Ernyk is a great and friendly host, helped us a lot and even offered us two bikes to explore Puerto Viejo. HIGHLY recommended!

We stayed on site for 6 nights and were very satisfied . Great, cozy place right across the street from the beach perfect. Super host provided us with many good tips ( beaches, restaurants, national parks, etc.). happy to come back!
