Este lugar tiene una ubicación estratégica: ¡será muy fácil planear tu visita! Nos encontramos en el corazón de zona dorada, con acceso directo a la playa y una vista hermosa tanto desde la recámara principal, como desde la cocina, sala, balcón etc. Puedes salir a caminar por zona dorada sin ningún problema o a la playa si así lo deseas, el edificio tiene amenidades para ti como una gran alberca climatizada, gimnasio, biblioteca, ludoteca, etc. A 3 min en coche del malecón (aprox 10 min a pie)

This is a beautiful house in a private gated community less than a block from the beach. The community is a family friendly area with a great pool. We have a private balcony that looks directly onto the pool and a great patio area with a bbq for enjoying the day. This is a totally renovated house with all new everything (furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, bbq, HD TVs, wifi, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and so much more.

El depa está increíble. Cumple con todo lo que promete y es fiel a las fotos. Hay elevador para subir al 3 piso, que es donde está el depa. Tiene estacionamiento con caseta de vigilancia. Es pet friendly. Tiene una pequeña terraza con vista a la alberca. El coto es grande, con amplios espacios para caminar y pasear a tu mascota. Y es muy tranquilo. La atención de Noelia y Mayra, ¡Insuperable! Siempre estuvo al pendiente, contestó rapidísimo y resolvió todas nuestras dudas y necesidades. El depa cuenta con vajilla, trapeador, escoba, un poco de jabón para lavadora y un poco de fabuloso. No contaba con cubeta, jabón para trastes y fibra para trastes. Le pregunté a Noelia si eso lo debíamos de comprar nosotros y me dijo que ella nos lo podía brindar sin costo adicional y ese mismo día nos llevaron las cosas. Las instalaciones de la alberca y alrededores están impecables. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestras vacaciones con nuestros 2 pugs en este airbnb 😃 muchísimas gracias por todo!! 10/10

Buenas tardes El alojamiento está lindo, todo muy bien , bonita vista, limpio. Juan es muy amable, muy accesible Con toda la confianza le puedes hablar El alojamiento está en buena zona del Mazatlán viejo y está a 5 min de la playa. Es mi segunda vez que rento la instancia ya que por la atención y buena ubicación está perfecto para mi. Gracias Juan por todas tus atenciones.😌

Spacious Oceanview Beachfront Condo 3BR

We brought our 18 year old son and 3 of his friends for their senior year spring break and stayed at Monica’s beautiful condo in the Golden Zone. With enough beds for all six of us and 2.5 bathrooms it was perfect! We walked everyday to the local shops, restaurants, and all of the bars with live music EVERY Night. The pool is really great, especially enjoyed the swim up bar and being able to put pesos down ahead of time towards food and drinks. The view from the living room balcony is so beautiful! The condo is exactly how it is described and pictured. The only suggestions we have are: more outdoor furniture, particularly on the master bedroom balcony (there’s none). FYI for those considering this place- it’s right in the golden zone, so it can be loud at night and there isn’t a beach to sit on unless you go up the beach a bit and rent chairs. Other suggestions: have extra blankets for chilly MZT nights, more pillows, and some fans. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Antonia’s condo for 2 months. We found the condo to be well outfitted for a longer stay. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of seating in the living room and dining area. The kitchen was a great size and it was nice to have both a stove and oven. A laundry area off of the kitchen was a useful feature and housed a condo sized washer and dryer, as well as cleaning supplies. The best feature of this condo is undoubtedly its location on the beach. The beach in front is arguably one of the nicest stretches of beach in this area as it is flat and quiet (in comparison to other areas on the beach). Great for swimming and beach lounging. From the deck and bedroom you can watch the sunset every night and wake up to the waves. What more could you want for your Mexican vacation!!
