Nice apartment , everything important suburb , good location, we felt very comfortable

A very pleasant stay in Franco's place. The villa has been tastefully renovated and in a typical Lanzarote architectural style. The sea view while having breakfast was a real plus. Despite all the efforts put in place so that we could have a pleasant stay while maintaining a certain standard, we did not feel completely at home: lack of privacy because of Alex's regular visits to clean every other day (without warning and having told him that it was not necessary) and change the linens, put things back in place that we had moved. In addition, we would have appreciated having a welcome with a visit of the villa and the places at our disposal. We had to ask several times to have access to services like the garden or the washing machine. Despite all these little details, we spent 2 great weeks in this place and would recommend this place for a few days.

Gioia reacted quickly to our questions. The apartment was very nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. WiFi was fast. We can recommend the apartment.

Wow! Gorgeous apartment that had everything we needed (and air con!!) I cannot fault it, we had a lovely stay and we will definitely come back.

Francisca was very kind at all times, we prepared a welcome cake that was delicious. The accommodation is very conveniently located and there is a lot of peace of mind. The photos do not do the accommodation justice since in person it is much more welcoming and beautiful. Highly recommend to stay there!

This apartment was a great find . The beach and shops were within walking distance with supermarkets close by. The check in was easy and the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Adrian was very responsive to any queries. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Camilo's place went very well. It is well located on the island which allows you to visit a piece of lanzarote every day. We appreciated the amenities of the accommodation, its view and especially its calm. It is very easy to park by car in front of the property. Communication with Camilo and Dacil was very good and responsive to any issues. Thanks again for this stay that we loved. 🙂

Beautiful apartment, looked good, well equipped, thoughtful attention to detail. Lovely clean pool and generous outside space. Great location for exploring Playa Blanca and the surrounding area. My only difficulty was that my phone broke and had to be replaced just days before our holiday. Tatanias very detailed access instructions were sent directly to me. Unfortunately they were lost.... Air bnb and Tatania, who was away on vacation, were incredibly helpful (as were the staff at the nearby Brazilian restaurant) whilst replacement instructions were sent. A stressful situation was made into a relaxing and delicious meal, followed by check-in just a little later than planned. Would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Great place, the same as what you might see in the photos. In addition, the hosts are very welcoming and had left us, for Christmas, little touches. We'll go back with great pleasure. See you soon.

What can you say about this place.. Absolutely perfect in every way 😊 From the moment you step through the gate, it's a wow, the courtyard that greets you is beautiful, full of palms and beautiful old objects on the walls with plenty of seating areas. The villa itself is beautiful, the layout is great and everything was so clean and tidy, the attention to detail with the various artwork and window coverings for privacy in the bathrooms is wonderful. Again plenty of space and lots of eating and sitting areas throughout. Then you come to the sun type room at he back that is fabulous to sit in and relax. Coming outside to the fabulous huge covered/or (uncovered if you want) pool with the grounds all immaculate is again perfect and then you have the fabulous surprise cave at the bottom of the garden, what a place to sit in on an evening with the lights on. In all would highly recommend 😊

We had a really lovely stay here for 9 nights. We booked last minute and Mariana was very quick to respond and accommodate us. The villa itself has a cosy feel, my boyfriend loved the sofa in the lounge! Nice comfy beds and the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. The heated pool was amazing and we loved the large garden, plenty of places to sit, read and sunbathe. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful location but easy to walk to some local restaurants and the local supermarket. Thank you!

6 of us stayed in this villa for 10 days and we had the most pleasant stay. Mona would reply to any questions or queries in a matter of minutes. We wanted early check-in and late check out and they were so accommodating with this (always provided it suits with new people checking in/ out etc) which made life so easy for us coming/going to the airport. The pictures of the villa don’t do it justice, it’s an amazing accommodation, loads of space, any kitchen equipment you need, a BBQ if you wanted to do that and beautiful outdoor dining area. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suites also and the bedrooms were really lovely. There’s a washing machine if you need that, Netflix on the TV downstairs and loads of chill spaces inside and outside. The accomodation is 12-15 mins walk to closest beach and about 20 mins walk to playa Blanca so perfect, quiet and safe location. I would 100% recommend this villa if you’re thinking of visiting Playa Blanca with family / group of friends.

We reached Marco's house in the dark, so it was a bit difficult for us to find, but it was also because our navigation was short. We then just got into the house with the key box. Everything was clean and tidy and corresponded to the description. There was everything you need , a well-equipped kitchen so you can also cook for yourself, because you can't eat in Nazaret, a comfortable bed and a smart TV. Perfected by the beautiful terrace. It is a very quiet place to live with nothing but a small mini market. But those who are looking for peace, like us, are very well taken care of here. You absolutely need a car. Communication with Marco was very good, Marco is a very friendly and warm host. We felt very comfortable for two weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa and Jennifer and Sharkey were excellent hosts. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos, the views are incredible and the location is so peaceful yet close to all the local amenities. Jennifer was so helpful with local recommendations and helping cater for our 4 month old baby. We can’t thank you enough for making our first family holiday so special at your villa. We will be back!

Great quiet location, friendly complex. Apartment had everything you needed including beach/ pool towels Loved having the washing machine as we were able to take clean clothes home with us! Great communication with David & Pachi who looks after the apartment. Pachi kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for our return journey. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The equipment of the kitchen and also the rest of the apartment was great and as welcome and Paz left a wine and snacks. There were a few issues (water on the island was unavailable for a day and the roof was leaking) but Paz always informed and took care of everything being taken care of. The view from the small balcony is super nice and the location of the apartment good. It is located in a slightly quieter part of Costa Teguise, but you can get everywhere quickly on foot and also by bus. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes and to a supermarket in 5 minutes. The pool is as shown in the photos directly in front of the apartment. We enjoyed it very much overall.

All good. If a tennis or padel playing then courts available in the complex. Apartment is a reasonable walk to the seafront. Local shops and buses to Arrecife a 10min walk. Private garden is great. Very good Wi-Fi connection.

Very nice apartment on a quiet, well kept complex less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Matteo was very helpful with fast responses. Excellent value for money, would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and the playground which kept them entertained throughout. The apartment offered great value for the money, and we would definitely recommend it to families.

Lovely 2 bed apartment, great view and a nice pool area with snacks and drinks on site. The apartment wanted for nothing and was very well equipt. This part of PdC is a little hilly so if mobility is a problem you may not want to venture too far bit there are nice bars and restaurants within easy reach of the Lago Verde. Overall we were very pleased, we have been coming to Lanzarote 2 or 3 times a year for over 10 years and this apartment rates up there with the best we've stayed at. Just returned from this wonderful apartment. The apartment is bigger and better than we expected. It had absolutely everything we could have wished for It is very clean and airy. We loved the outside space. It was very quiet and peaceful and so convenient for the beach and the large on site swimming pool. The arrival instructions were perfect. If you arrive at nighttime I would recommend that you bring a torch We definitely want to return again in the future. Thank you

My wife and I have just spent 5 nights at the apartment and we can't recommend it highly enough. it was better than described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everything one needs to get settled in before going to the shops was provided at no extra cost (water, wine, bread, cheese/ham, fruits). Home from home. We are coming back to Lanzarote next year and would be staying at the apartment again.
