My stay at the bus house, it was very satisfactory, the place is very nice and super close to the beach, very comfortable and very nice, Miriam was always attentive to anything she needed and welcomed us, 100% recommended

Santiago, Natalia and their team were responsive and friendly. The house is in pristine condition. The pool gazebo was especially enjoyable considering its design, size and amenities. We plan on returning as soon as we have a chance.

The house is spectacular, spacious and super modern. The street is unpaved and it takes a long time to get to the main road. The nearby beaches are very rocky, so we were able to take advantage of the pool and home amenities.

Me and my parnter had a great stay, the house is brand new, nice and clean, it has everything you need, very peaceful, great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, mini market. The Host was always very nice, would awnser right away if any questions. We would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.

Casa Plumería is a spectacular house with open spaces. A modern one-story house with bright and cool areas, which allow you to greatly enjoy all the spaces. We thought the kitchen was very complete for a beach house and we loved the grill area with an outdoor refrigerator to enjoy the pool. The bonfire pit was definitely a bonus. Everything was clean and tidy, making our vacation perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!! Absolutely beautiful interior design. Great lighting in the house, comfortable beds and a/c in every room. The pool and lounge chairs were great as well. They also provided beach towels for us and beach foldable chairs which was a nice touch. The location is really great, I personally would say you need a 4x4 to get up the hill (which is normally the case in santa teresa villas) so other than that, the location is very centric to the best restaurants and nice parts of the beach!
