Located in Stuer, this holiday home is perfect for a small family with kids or a couple. It comes with a private garden and grill for a wonderful vacation. The property borders directly on a 50-hectare conservation area and a cycle path. Ideal for going for a walk straight away, without traffic or long walks to the run-off area. The Bärenwald (approx. 20 minutes) and the Plauer See (approx. 30 minutes) can also be reached directly and easily on foot. You can try horse riding at 100 m. Opportunities to try golf and watersports are available in the vicinity. The beach is at a walkable distance of 100 m to relax watching the sunset. Shops and restaurants can be found in Plau am See (approx. 15 minutes by car) and Röbel/Müritz (approx. 20 minutes by car). You can have a great time in the garden enjoying the breeze and the greenery while you prepare the barbecue. Dogs are very welcome here and parking is available. Public transport lies 200 m away while the train station is at 15 km. New: with photovoltaic systems and electric charging station. Our wellness area is located on our neighboring property: a luxuriously furnished house with spacious sauna, sunbathing area overlooking the natural pool, large shower area and toilet. Outdoors there is also a privacy-protected sunbathing area, with natural pool (without chemistry).

Enjoy a break with friends or family at this noble place. Manor house with lots of space in stately rooms. On the ground floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with country kitchen. On the 1st floor there are the 6 bedrooms with new box spring beds and bathrooms en suite, accessible by a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main stairs. In the manor house there is also a small restaurant"Hofküche" on the ground floor.
