This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation with large terrace overlooking the sea. Super well equipped and above all very clean. We stayed there for one week at the end of July, and for sure; we will be back.

Stayed for a month. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It also had good internet speed, suitable for working, making video calls etc. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall I had a great experience, would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The view was amazing from the apartment, and perfect for sunbathing when the sun shone (it was November). It was a pleasure to wake up to it every day. The apartment had all we needed for a short stay and was attractive and clean. If you can manage a walk to ‘The Cross’ then a walk up hill to this apartment is fine! Hopefully we will stay again.

The house is wonderful. We felt super comfortable. The Jacuzzi is a blast. The house has everything we need. Everything's very clean. We will definitely be back

I had a lovely 12-night stay at Basil and Veronique's home. The direct views of the sea and watching the morning sunrise with my coffee were amazing treats. The remodeled house is beautiful, had everything I needed, and is clean and bright. The upstairs front bed (the only one I used) was super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the walk to the Les Rotes sea path takes about 5-minutes. From there, you can walk along the sea in either direction - to Denia or to the hiking trails. Gorgeous! For reference, although there are several sea view restaurants at a walkable distance, the closest grocery store is about a 50-minute walk from the house. A bus stops 2 minutes away and is modern, clean, and air-conditioned and a quick way to travel to Denia's port area. However, in the off season, the bus only runs every 2 hours (every hour in the peak season). So, a car would be advisable. Basil is a top-notch host! ~ laid-back and responsive. I highly recommend this home!!

Great place to disconnect. Much like glamping with the bathroom and kitchen being separate from the bedroom cabin. North facing with beautiful views. Worth noting that it’s very chilly in winter time so be prepared, bring jumpers! Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby, excellent host who gave tons of recommendations and was super helpful and informative. Lovely place to stay with our dog and unwind off the grid. A very nice apartment in a very nice neighbourhood, I arrived early evening, 2 minutes walk was a nice hotel where I had a drink & food, the next day I walked down into the town and there are lots of restaurants/bars It’s quite a steep walk up however the restaurants/bars will call you a taxi and there are taxi ranks, the taxi up to the lovely apartment costs approximately €5.50 The bed is comfortable and the shower is great, sadly I didn’t get into the pool however it looks very clean and inviting I will definitely stay here again when I stay in Albir

Great value for money.

We had a great time at Domenec's house. Everything you need for everyday life is here at home😜. The shaded terrace is nice too. The proximity to the beach is 20 m away is very nice, no need to take your car to go swimming. The beach is beautiful and huge. What else can I say? That our vacation was perfect. For those who want to be a bit far from the city traffic, the place is perfect. Not to mention the kindness of Domenec that we enjoyed!

A great stay in Altea, Jorge was very attentive to our needs. We required accommodation with limited steps. Jorge provided useful information on how to navigate around the complex. The apartment itself was bright and clean. Everything as per photos on advert. The facilities were also excellent with on site. Gym, pool and private beach. An excellent stay overall.

We spent our holidays at Gisela's place and it was a great few days. The apartment is ideal, very well equipped, comfortable and has all the details that make you feel at home, literalmemte you just have to bring your clothes. Our little one has really enjoyed the pool, perfect for them, and with the beach and the area in general. Gisela and Pere are super friendly and attentive with everything, we recommend them 100%.

A very good option to get to know Xàbia. The apartment is small but has everything you need to spend a few days. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has all the tools you might need. The upstairs is all renovated and the house is very tastefully decorated. In addition, Vladi gives very clear instructions and is very attentive and friendly. The truth is that everything as a whole is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The direct sea view is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable right from the start. Particularly noteworthy is the great contact with the landlord – super friendly, helpful and always available. A big plus was also the beach equipment provided, which perfectly rounded off our vacation. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!
