This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

A short 24-hour stopover, the place is beautiful. Restful, peaceful... Everything was perfect, we were able to access the apartment before time. The view is breathtaking 🤩🤩

Laia is very helpful , a beautiful and very large house, located in a central area that offers all the basic services.

Very nice accommodation with large terrace overlooking the sea. Super well equipped and above all very clean. We stayed there for one week at the end of July, and for sure; we will be back.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location within 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment as indicated, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

We spent a stay in winter for several weeks in the house with our 2 dogs. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The hostess welcomed us personally. The view of the sea from the panoramic window was breathtaking. Watching the morning sunrise from the window was fantastic. After a few minutes walk, you can be on the beautiful coastal promenade of the Punta Negra. The very friendly hosts were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Many thanks to Veronique and Basil We'll definitely be back.

We can’t thank Javier enough for an awesome stay. The house is just as described—beautiful, modern, and right on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a few shops within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. Plus, Oliva town is only a 30-minute walk away, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes, and there are always fiestas on the weekends. If you’re feeling lazy, Just Eat will deliver right to the house! For those wanting a day trip, Valencia is just about an hour’s drive away. And honestly, with Oliva living up to its reputation for having some of the best beaches in Spain, it’s hard to leave! Thanks again, Javier, for being such a great host. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s Y Roberto’s. The apartment is spacious, comfy & cosy. All amenities that we needed were in the apartment & if you ever need to contact Marta/Roberto, they respond in record time. I’ve accidentally left a small bag at their apartment & they are kindly keeping it for me, until we return next time. The pictures you see & description of the apartment match what you get if you decide to stay here. I do recommend this apartment in lovely Albir & we’ll definitely be returning, so Gracias Marta Y Roberto for everything you’ve done for us whilst we stayed at your lovely apartment, can’t wait to stay again.

Domenec and Lorena's place is absolutely amazing! The location, the sea, the surroundings are indescribably beautiful! The search for the best beach was quickly ended as 20 meters walking from the property is the overwhelming beach! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

Very nice place, exactly as promised. It had all the amenities we needed for a week stay. We loved the view and proximity near the little harbor. You do need a car for groceries, it is not a walk friendly area.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with a large fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, a large balcony with plenty of seating and the hot tub. The balcony gets the sun in the morning so great to sit out there first thing in the morning. A beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools in the apartments area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. A well laid out living room with table to play games or eat. There is nothing to find fault with this apartment at all, and it has 24 hour security, a fully equipped gym near the pools and basement parking. And of course the host Jorge is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I got the chance.

A very good option to get to know Xàbia. The apartment is small but has everything you need to spend a few days. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has all the tools you might need. The upstairs is all renovated and the house is very tastefully decorated. In addition, Vladi gives very clear instructions and is very attentive and friendly. The truth is that everything as a whole is perfect.

Super friendly hosts that are extremely responsive to any questions. We felt right at home at this beautiful place with an amazing view over the ocean! We definitely recommend the place and would come back again! Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance! All perfect!
