Clean and comfortable stay in a safe, beautifully appointed home with off-street parking. Kate was easy to book with and very responsive to questions. Great location close to everything.

We loved this home! My boyfriend and I are major home bodies so when we do have out of town plans we appreciate a beautiful home that we can relax, and cook all our favorite meals still! The home was super clean and spacious, our friends did cancel on us last minute so we definitely had plenty of extra space which was still a plus! Oh and my boyfriend is very particular with where we stay and parking situations because of his beloved car(lol) so we highly enjoyed the private car garage knowing the car was safe! Even though the neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe! Thank you Donald, we enjoyed our stay! 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at Nhi’s place! It was by far the best place I have stayed with kids. The house had everything you need for littles to be entertained and comfortable. It also is down the street from a nice little park that was particularly gorgeous in the fall with vibrant red trees and leaves for kids to play in. The kitchen had all the tools for us to make great meals, the garage is big and fit both our cars and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Nhi was very responsive and responsible and cannot recommend this airBnB enough!

The stay was great had everything that was needed and the massager machine was also helpful Everything was so clean and loved the backyard .

Looked just like the photos. Was a perfect home base for my family. Kitchen was spacious and we saved money by being able to make dinners there

We were in Sacramento visiting our kids & grandbabies and the location of Zoe's home was perfect. It was walking distance to eateries & local breweries and was only 8 minutes from our family in Sacramento. We especially liked all of the kid friendly amenities. The house had a crib, a highchair and toys and books. Perfect for our 3 yr old and 10 month old grandsons. Zoe was a great host. She provided clear instructions on checking in, which was a breeze. Zoe was very responsive & made us feel right at home.

Henry’s home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and privacy for the small group, loved the access to laundry units and that each room had access to a bathroom. The home was easy to find and I felt safe the entire time I was there.

Olga was a fantastic host. She texted me throughout my stay to confirm I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Location was perfect for my visit, and I really enjoyed walking to the river in the morning. Her place was clean and quiet.

Clean and felt comfortable and was very close for what I needed the stay for. But I will diffidently use it again. Great people and quick responses if needed thanks again for great hospitality.

Stayed for CIM, had an amazing stay. Location is great, very close by to a lot of restaurants and also the Capitol area. The place is also much larger than I expected from the pictures, very spacious and the second bed is also quite comfortable. Angela was also an extremely friendly and understanding host, 10/10

Was in town for CIM weekend and David’s home was the perfect spot - great location, very walkable, and in a nice neighborhood. David was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting!

Waye's space was exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and the location is great. My mom was visiting from out of town and our place is a bit crowded to accommodate her, so we got this Airbnb near our house for her. It was cozy and she felt safe staying there alone at night. The check-in instructions were very clear. Highly recommend this place!

Cozy bed and great kitchen. Really cutely decorated and felt really safe. It was a lovely stay and I was close to lots of stuff to do. Parking was no problem.

We were grateful to find this little gem on our visit to Pine Grove to reunite with family. Everything as described, loved the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee, then the hot tub in the evening. Comfortable beds, a very complete kitchen, plenty of dvds to choose from. A lovely bottle of wine waiting for us after a long day of travel as well as a sampling of delicious ice cream to get us next door to try out the rest of our favorite flavors. Walking distance to Graze which turned into our favorite breakfast place. Roadhouse coffee another nice place. Local grocery had great variety if you didn’t want to make a trip to Jackson. We fell in love with Pine Grove and its surrounding area. Plenty of trails to hike, close to wineries, we even took a day trip to Calaveras to see the giant sequoias. Our family reunion turned into a memorable vacation. Thanks Stew for sharing your cozy chalet!

Very clean and spacious. Lots of towels and blankets which was helpful. The air mattress is also big and comfortable. Only downside was that there is no desk inside of one of the bedrooms like shown in the pictures. Just a desk chair so not really a dedicated workspace.

Thank you for another wonderful stay in your beautiful home. I appreciate all of the thoughtfulness of so many things. I absolutely love coming to stay at your amazing Oasis. Everything was wonderful.

A super fun place to stay at. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive to a few questions that I had. I would highly recommend staying, even if you're a Folsom local!

our stay here was delightful and cozy. the condo units are set against a beautiful hill with a lovely view of the surrounding nature. the place itself was outfitted with everything you could need for a stay, including basic cookware, extra blankets, and toiletries. check in and out was easy and the hosts were responsive. we’d happily stay here again!

The location was great-close to the Kings arena, State Capitol, Old Sacramento, and other downtown attractions. We had a minor issue about parking our vehicle but Robyn responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue. The place was just like the pictures and we had everything that we needed. There is some street noise but it is a downtown area so it is to be expected; it did not interupt our sleep at all.

When we arrived on Saturday, people were outside their places. That was great to see. Neighbor with dog was nice and so were the dogs, was able to pet them! Location was easy to get to places we wanted to go.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Great place to stay if your looking for something cozy and convenient right close to dt Sacramento
