Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. Nice house 300 meters from the sea with a small garden, terrace and porch. Recently built. Two bedrooms, one bathroom + outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete furnishings. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.

We had a wonderful week: grandparents, their 3 children and partners as well as 2 grandchildren. The house was big enough, the kitchen superbly equipped, the beach also within walking distance for the little ones. One of the highlights for the kids was the climbing house with children's kitchen and slide. Our contact Kimberley was very helpful, nice and always there for us. Even on the holiday!

Beautiful house, pretty small but nice. The beds in the house are soft and big!! Very nice.. Great tv and outside garden and roof terrace are beautiful. 2 things to concider. You need a small car because parking close to the house a problem with big car and it's a small house. Perfect with 4 persons, more will be crowded. But def 5 stars😃

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Amazing. The owner of the House was very helpful. Super well-equipped home. In the great place for those who want to be far from the confusion. It has a giant pool, very well treated. We just felt there were a lot of mosquitoes getting bitten. It has plenty of space and has everything we need, even those little extras that sometimes are not so necessary to buy. We very much like it, a fairly easy check-in as well as check out. The owner of the house stopped staying until the end of the day.

first of all, we want to thank Joan for his hospitality, all recommandations, the help he offered when we needed and for his positive attitude shown day by day. so, let's start with the beginning. we arrived at the place around 21:00 at the location, Joan was waiting us. he presented the location, the rules of house, the schedule when the garbage is picked up, the hours when local supermarkets are closing. also Joan waited us with some local goods, sweets, the refrigerator was loaded with some beers, juice, wine from the house. the villa was very well equipped, all the accessories you need (for the beach, for breakfast, capsules for coffee machine etc). he sent us all the events that took place in the area, recommended lots of restaurants where we can have a good lunch or dinner, areas where we can go to beach or we can have good photos. so, at the end, we recommand the location and the hospitality of Joan

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

We visited Villa Calma with 4 adults and 3 kids for one week over New Year. As our initial booking of a different accommodation got cancelled on very short notice, we checked with Veronica for availability of Villa Calma. It was the best that could have happened. Veronica is excellent, super helpful and fast responding - made it possible within less than 24 hours that everything was arranged for our arrival. Also during the stay excellent communication. We can more than highly recommend to stay in Villa Calma. The villa is super clean, fully renovated with more than enough space for 2 families and a very nice garden with pool, table tennis, and BBQ. Several restaurants and shops are in walking distance from the house alongside the beautiful coastline of Port de Soller. The center of Palma you easily reach by car in 30 min (there is also a bus connection close by). We will definitely come back!
