Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pješčana Uvala

This was a great value for money thanks to the apartment being will kitted out with everything we needed and bc of its good location - just outside the thick of things so quiet but easy access to the town centre and the beach. And having a powerful air conditioner to help cool the place down during these heat waves meant we slept well too.

A beautiful house where nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick responses and helpful tips!

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Nice studio close to the seashore. Very well-equipped kitchen. Supportive and friendly hosts. Great option of private using sauna and spa for 2 hours per day (better pre-book). Nice cycling routes around. Some restaurants walking distance. Quiet area. In general, highly recommend!

Very cozy. Has everything you need. Very close to the old town which can be easily reached on foot. Check-in as well as check-out very pleasant without pressure and stress. I can't recommend it.

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where there is a lot of activities for the children. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter what direction , everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to offer everywhere. All in one : a clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our time at Marija's place. The apartment offers everything you need and the garden was perfect for our dog.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

We spent 1 week in this beautiful accommodation and hope to come back soon. The proximity to several very nice beaches, restaurants, bakery, small market...is perfect (walking distance). Other destinations can easily be reached after a short drive by car. The apartment is lovingly decorated, so you feel very comfortable. Everything corresponded to the description. The garden is now a bit wild, but you can find some turtles. Goran is a very enjoyable and helpful host. We liked it very much!

Ana and her dad, who welcomed us, were amazing. They helped out in every situation and made this apartment really a home. We really liked it in Pula and enjoyed our time.

Sara's apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated and we loved staying there. The sofa bed is comfortable, the pillows are very good and there's enough space to move past the unfolded sofa bed, so one doesn't have to store it away during the day. Into the center of Pula it's a short car ride from the apartment and there are lots of beaches and bays close by. It's the perfect location to explore Pula and it's beautiful surroundings including wonderful Kap Kamenjak Park.

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening. For eating, we recommend the Punta Kriz,a bit behind the campsite ( when you come down the beach to the right),there you sit fantastically (reserve for the evening) Excursions:Hum( smallest city of the World,Medulin Airport Rundflug,Buzet Aura Distillerie, SanMauro in Momjan( best biscuit(Mistellör)👍🏻Essen

Everything was fine, except that the distance from the apartment to the beach is not 600m as described inside, but about 1 km.

We stayed here with 8 people and it was very lovely! Exactly like the pictures and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. We had everything we needed :) I’d recommend to own a car though to move around. Overall we were really happy about our stay. Would absolutely recommend

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

We felt totally comfortable, the accommodation is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The host is very nice and got a brand new mattress for the crib. Hopefully we can come back again!

Super stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, there we only stayed as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovating the bathrooms in the other two apartments and an outdoor barbecue would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never so experienced!) Great also that there were carports for the cars.
