We had a fantastic stay. The host met us at the apartment in the middle of the night to accommodate our flight schedule. He gave some good tips on sightseeing and was quick to answer questions thoughout our stay. Even left us some food that made the next morning much simpler. Would definitely visit again!

Ikaria is a beautiful village. Quite and private, and also so a bus (or a walk) away from beaches, and city center. The host is great, available, communicative and welcoming.

Lovely apartment, clean (which is important to me). Elena is a manager of the apartment, very attentive, answered all questions, even not related to the accommodation, and generally consulted on the main aspects of life in Limassol. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, I highly recommend Vietnamese restik on the way to Dasoudi beach. There are shops near the location and in general everything was great. If I return to Cyprus, I will not have to look for a place to stay, I will choose this option 100%. I wish you good and conscientious tourists!

The best way I can describe the place is "goldilocks zone." I had been through several stays over the last 4 months in Greece and Cyprus and there was always a compromise. Martin and Olga's was just right. Nothing lacking. Very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished. The apartment is quiet and well-lit. Bed and seating comfortable and stylish. Communications and help was always quick and friendly. Above and beyond expectations!

This was our first time in Cyprus, travelling with my daughter and we were really excited. It did not disappoint from booking to checking out Collette and Efti were super helpful. We had an issue with the shower head at the beginning of the week, one message and it was rectified. 5 stars 🌟

Great location, very close to beaches and the harbor. Roughly 15mins from Paphos airport, nestled in a small apartment block with little foot traffic. Very close to a few mini markets and the central town. Host was excellent and exceeded expectations, listing was very clean and everything was well prepared for our arrival.

A very nice place to stay! The owner Galateia is very friendly, nice, and quickly answered all questions. The apartment is in a very quiet area. The apartment has everything you need for living, including dishes for food. Air conditioners work for heating, so the apartment is warm. The mattress, bed and pillows are comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy, there is hot water. It’s just 3-5 mins walk to the beach. I recommend this place to everyone! ❤️

George is a great host. The apartment is on the first floor, easy to get straight to the pool. Thats very good for the kids. Pools are great. The apartment has everything you need, instructions are clear. There is a patio to chill and relax.

The apartment was pleasant at home, friendly hosts and neighbors, a large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. A quiet, cozy place. The owners have two charming little dogs who have conquered our hearts. Christos has always answered our questions.

Most enjoyable week in this beautifully situated apartment. The pool was superb. So was our balcony, always in the shade; great especially in the heat! Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A minor point: maybe Vicky could add a 4 cup cafetière (or similar)? We did appreciate Vicky's quick and friendly replies to our messages. We rented 2 bikes for a day (9am to 8.30pm for 10 Euros each) to explore the coast north to Coral Beach ( lucky to see a kingfisher on the rocks), stopping at the Tombs and lunching at Oceanos (superb fish Meze), before ending the day at Sunset Point in the south. We would also highly recommend a local family run restaurant Colcer. Very friendly and reasonably priced, but small, so book or arrive at 7 pm Thank you Vicky for sharing your Paradise apartment and gardens! Prof Andrew and Françoise Lorenc from Lympstone, Devon.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, very well presented, beautifully clean and well equipped. The kitchen had lots of useful items and appliances. It was close to the beach and restaurants and whilst a distance away from the old town and marina it was perfect for our group who were visiting a friend and volunteering at an animal shelter. Christiana was helpful and responsive to our messages and we enjoyed our stay.

Anna was a great host, super friendly and responsive! The accommodation was spotless and was exactly what we needed for our trip. It had nice amenities and was in a really good location to local touristic attractions. I would recommend for anyone travelling to Paphos and I would definitely return.

This place is amazing! Open concept, a lot of space and plenty of storage, very clean and neat, sutable for both couples and families. Nice neighbourhood, quiet, easy to find with everything that you need just a couple of minutes away. Alexandros is a great host, he gave very clear instructions, amazing recommendations for local food and places to visit, friendly communication with instant replies. We were more than happy with our choice and can’t wait to be back in Cyprus, for sure here is an amazing place to spend your vacation. Thanks Alexandros for making us feel at home miles away from our hometowns🙂

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. They give clear instructions on finding them, it's sign posted clearly too. The house and pool area were bigger than expected from the photos, super clean, really comfortable and we were able to relax completely. Tony & Tracy have an entrance to their property from the same courtyard but you'll only see them when you need them. Very helpful, lovely couple. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or Tony also offers breakfast and dinner options. There were comfy areas to sit inside and outside, in shade or sun, and the pool, hot tub and sauna made our break really special. Thank you!!!

Would recommend. Easy parking outside. Mike was very quick to reply to questions. About 4 mins by car to the Kato (South) Paphos sea front and promenade where there is free parking. Was a a good base for exploring the Western end of Cyprus on day trips. Nearest big supermarket is Papantoniou - Lidas Street, Kato Paphos. Nice pool complex but was closed in Jan due to off season. Would recommend taking a couple of 4-gang extension leads to charge your phones etc as most sockets are a single socket. Otherwise all good.

Sophia was an excellent host. The apartment was in a great location for reaching anywhere. It was close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The hot tub on the roof terrace was a great addition. I would definitely stay again when I am in Cyprus

Wonderful place! Each item creates a pleasant and homely atmosphere and everything is tasteful. very comfortable. Amazing place and pleasant environment. Lucky we got here.

This is a great place to stay - I’m so glad we decided to book it - even though we were a bit confused by the “FANI house” description. I still don’t know what it is, but this is a lovely ground floor apartment with a big lounge with separate toilet and a comfortable bedroom with en suite. The outside area is a good size with plenty of room to sit out and enjoy the sun . Elizavet was great at making sure we had everything we needed and her dad gave a great welcome when we arrived. We stayed for a month and cooked a lot of the time - the kitchen was pretty well equipped and the oven and hob were modern and efficient. You can’t fault the location - near Paphos harbour, loads of bars and restaurants and the supermarket is just round the corner. The restaurant next door - Hondros tavern, serves good quality simple local dishes. The road is a bit busy - but you can’t be in the centre of things and complain about stuff going on around you! We'll be back!!!
