Nelly is a very hospitable hostess. She greeted us very warmly, explained and showed us everything. It was very easy to communicate in English. Our flight was rescheduled for a day earlier, and Nelly tried to help us find accommodation for that day even before our meeting. Upon arrival at the house, we were pleasantly surprised, since in reality the estate looks even better than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Absolute silence and privacy. The clean and large pool made us very happy on hot summer days. We were two families, 5 children and 4 adults, we were perfectly accommodated, and there were still free places. I am happy to recommend Nelly's accommodation.

We were for a New Year welcome with a child of 2.5y everything was super, plenty of free space to play the kid, a patio to play in too. The location is very central and at the same time it feels like a park, the neighboring buildings are far away, the street is not busy. There is a playground just across the street and the central street is a 1 minute walk away. We would visit again.

If you search for the cute place in village area this is a incredible spot. Hadas is astonishing host. Hottub it's great but needs to make your hands dirty and if you know how to make fire your stay will be 5 star. For us this place was 11 out of 10 ......

Geordi’s place exceeded my expectations! The place is better than in the photos. It is a perfect nature getaway, peaceful and private and within walking distance of forest trails and beautiful views. The house itself was small but had every comfort you needed and more, and perfect for 1 or 2 people to relax. There was even a digital piano, a bookshelf full of a variety of books, and a great work space. Also a record player with all the greatest hits on vinyl! The deck is wonderful, and there’s a fire pit too. Georgi also left us a fun scavenger hunt to do! Overall a great place for relaxation and nature. I can’t wait to go back in the summer. Thank you Georgi!

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

An excellent place that is equipped with everything one might need. Very spacious and very clean. It's next to the pedestrian zone of the town. And the host is the most helpful and the kindest person.

Themostwonderful villa! Made with a lot of love and diligence, it makes you feel right at home. The landlords are extremely kind and pay special attention to everyone. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING, even things you may not have at home haha. Each tiny house has its necessary toiletries. A very suitable place for people with children, for adults who want to get away from the strenuous work days, as well as young ones who want to enjoy beautiful moments around the fire in the garden. A must visit!!!
