Pets are accepted but require a non-refundable 80 pet fee payable at check-in. All stainless steel appliances. Lounge in the backyard or enjoy the front porch and ocean breezes. My place is close to the beach and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. Located just 3 blocks from the beach. It’s the perfect get away for couples. Street parking only! This home is in a quiet neighborhood. With nice back patio for chilling. There is not much grassy areas, so please pick up after your fur babies.😎 Has a bedroom with queen size bed and a pull out couch in the living room. The Nauti-Starfish welcomes you with open arms.

This place was perfect for our large family and loved the ocean view from the bedroom balcony. Walking distance to the beach was great (2-5 minute walk) and our family really enjoyed walking along the beach’s sidewalk to Pleasure Island. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had as well.

We loved Brad’s home. The house looked even better in person. The location of the property is perfect, we drove to the beach since we have young children, but you could walk easily as well. The home was very well appointed with abundant towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The bonus room upstairs is perfect for children, our kids loved hanging out up there. Brad was a very responsive host and communicated quickly. All in all, I would definitely book this home again.

The place and location were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again. If we’re in the area, the lift was not available, It does not say that in the description so we were a little sad about that because the stairs are no joke while hauling stuff upstairs. And the other thing is the handrail did cause a a lot of large splinters In our kids hands. Other than that, the property was beautiful the Location was beautiful.

The space looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials. I especially appreciated the little touches like, local guides, and fast Wi-Fi. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shops. It felt more personal and comfortable than a hotel, and I liked having a kitchen and living space to relax in.

Great place to stay at a great price! My kids love a good hot tub on vaca so it was so nice to have and the basketball game upstairs they thoroughly enjoyed as well. They had their own bathroom and we had ours which was great. Loved that the beach access was walkable and we could drive as well and easy parking, not crowded at all. The beach was cleaner and nice and sand felt great. Loved the additional beach toys and chairs at the house. This neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and would have been nice to run or walk it if we had any down time but we had too much fun from sun up to sun down.

This is my favorite place we’ve ever rented and we’ve rented a LOT of places. First of all, beautifully decorated, great artwork, thoughtful use of space, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed wine and coffee in the crystal stemware and cooking in the nicely appointed kitchen. Most places have a hodgepodge of glasses and mismatched silverware. Not so here. Felt like home! And we appreciate the details!
