My wife and I recently enjoyed a 10-day stay at Akis's wonderful place in Athens, which we chose as our base while I participated in the Athens Marathon. The location was ideal: close enough to walk to all the main sights, yet tucked away from the usual tourist crowds, offering a fantastic balance of accessibility and authentic local vibe. The apartment itself was superbly arranged, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. Akis was a standout host, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. He was not only helpful but also proactive in sharing local insights and tips, including recommendations based on current exhibitions and events in the area, which really enriched our experience. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Athens. Highly recommended!

I don't seem to have enough vocabulary to commend the experience of staying at the place... We will start at the perfect and winning location.. The apartment itself is very spacious and sparkling clean and exquisite, and beautifully equipped and equipped, without passing on any detail.... It is also important for me to note the pleasant and caressing warmth in the apartment , during the cold January days, which increased the desire to stay in the house more than the desire to go outside... And above all, I want to thank and praise the host for the extraordinary generosity of his heart that is not obvious: fine wine, alcohol, soft drinks as well as a variety of milk tea coffees and all the rest... and wishes to apologize to him for the problem of reducing the keys in the apartment ...which forced him to leave on a holiday day from the house ... and answered willingly to come and solve a problem that was my full fault...and also it was not obvious...and thank you Kostentin

Quiet and peaceful location, but still walking distance to all major attractions and social spots. Irene was quick to respond and offered plenty of local recommendations. Couldn't have asked for more.

We loved our stay there with our family. We had the best time and the Hot tub was definitely a huge plus! The accommodations were clean. Wonderful and it has everything we needed.

Modern, clean, quiet (if you wish - windows closed, airconditioned) beautiful apartment with two bed and bathrooms. Stayed as two couples each their own bathroom - great choice, the apartment allows privacy and is really quiet. Kitchen is simply equipped with nespresso and filter coffee machine. Communication was very good and friendly and quick welcome. The apartment is super easy accessible by metro and also taxi. Third floor but small lift available. Would definitely recommend or come back to this Airbnb! Thank you!

A wonderful stay in a great location! Alexandros and Maria were wonderful hosts, flexible with check in which we greatly appreciated since we flew from the US with 4 children, 2 dogs and a cat! The neighborhood is urban residential, with grocery stores, mini markets, numerous bakeries, and plentiful coffee shops within a few blocks' walk. The metro and bus stops are one block from the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and exactly as pictured. Window shades kept the bedrooms very dark when we were sleeping, and the elevator made it easy to take the dogs for walks. Three balconies provided a beautiful view of the neighborhood, and we enjoyed our coffee there in the morning. The neighbors are friendly, and the building is quiet. It was a wonderful place to spend a week in Athens and I will gladly stay there again if we visit in the future!

We loved our stay at Dionisos' place! Beautiful apartment, well equipped and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Great location - close to the metro as well as local shops and restaurants. Dionisos was very kind and responsive - helping us arrange an airport transfer which was invaluable as our flight was delayed. We would love to come back and stay in the same apartment, thank you!

I have stayed in countless AirBnB and many of them wonderful. Maria's apartment really felt like a place to live in. Everything in very good condition, easy to find things, no surprises, generous in all ways. Very light, and the host was very helpful yet discreet. I would highly recommend Maria's place for short stays to radiate out from, and for longer ones as well, it's all you'd need. Full five stars.

Great stay as location is unbeatable. The apartment is well situated and walkable to all major attractions. Many restaurants and bars just outside the door. Vanessa was very responsive and took action as needed. A warning note for early and light sleepers, the apartment is right above a few restaurants and bars. It can get a bit loud even when the windows and doors are closed. However, this didn’t bother us or our kids. Highly recommended! Next time in Athens, will gladly come back. Christos is an excellent host.I have stayed here multiple times. The place is very cozy with an amazing view and huge balcony.Very convenient to the metro and the historic center.

You will have the patio at 7 and 8th floor, which is taller than most surrounding buildings. Good view to the Acropolis but lack of lights on the 8th floor. Need to walk narrow stairs to enter the apartment so I won’t recommend those with big luggages. Also, I will recommend to arrive with day light you will find the place more lovely.

Clean, homely and well equipped studio apartment. Excellently located; five minutes walk from nearest Metro station (line direct to Piraeus port, one stop away from changing to the line for the Airport), Acropolis slopes and many restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay in Stamatis’ beautiful and spacious apartment. The neighborhood was at comfortable walking distance from the city center, Acropolis hill and the metro station. A perfect place to stay when visiting Athens. Communication with Stamatis was very easy and fast and he was very kind in asking if there was anything we needed. Nights can be a bit noisy due to traffic.

I couldn't of asked for more from Theadora. I highly reccomend to book here!!such a beautiful home,perfect for peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Athens. Theadora was so helpful and friendly, she sent me reccomendations for the local area. We had an adorable basket of snacks and water and juice in the fridge wich was so appreciated as we had landed very late at night. The studio is beautiful, so clean and lovely outdoor areas and pool. I was travelling alone with my daughter and felt so safe with the doors to the building. I would come back to Athens in the future just to stay at this home. netflix available,hot water tests up within 10/15 minutes,air con and heat available. Washing machine available for use. Everything was perfect!!. The local uber was great we used this to travel around all the time into Athens and back. The metro is easy too access although we did not use this as I found uber fantastic.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is completely new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The layout is perfect for families, and we felt right at home. The area is super cool, with plenty to explore nearby. The host was fantastic—very attentive, quick to respond to all our requests, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also highly recommend visiting Korova restaurant, owned by the same host—it was an absolute treat! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic apartment. The place was sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable, the hot tub was great, it felt like home. It is within walking distance of most popular attractions in the area. Restaurants and stores right outside the door, perfect location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

David's place was really new, very nice and very clean. We had no issues from reaching the house until we left. I was worried if transportation could be a problem, it didn't happen. It was right in the middle of two separate metro stations and about a 15 minute walk away. When we were very tired, we preferred a taxi, which is very cheap, taxi transportation in Athens. There were two separate grocery stores within 5 minutes of walking distance. For food, there was a great Turkish restaurant called Capadocia, which you could reach in 3 minutes. There was service until late at night and I can recommend Lahmacun, especially called Turkish pizza. There was a hot water issue in the warnings, but we did not have a problem again. Even though it was a great gym, we couldn't use it. There is a small but cute pool on the roof again. You can take your coffee and take a tour of Athens. Obviously even though I had a few reservations before I left, I had no problems and returned peacefully from a peaceful work trip to Athens. 5 out of 5...

Lovely place, definitely go again

The apartment was clean and cozy. Easy to access, close to the sea and to the city center. Christos has been very kind and helpful. We had a great time staying for our xmas holiday

This is a very nice panthouse right in the heart of Athens' cafes, night spots. I'm sure I'd prefer it again.
